- Rooms include a washer, dryer, styler, induction cooktop, and microwave for convenience.
- Booking early can secure rates around ₩100,000 (~$75) per night via Agoda.
- Breakfast offers good quality bread and fruit, but the menu is not extensive.
- The residence is ideal for short or long-term stays, especially for business travelers.
My husband and I recently visited the newly opened
Oakwood Premier Coex Center Yeouido (여의도 오크우드 파크 서울).
📍 Oakwood Premier Coex Center Yeouido
24 Gukhoe-daero 68-gil, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
Its location is just outside National Assembly Station (국회의사당역) Exit 3,
about a 3-minute walk away. What a prime location!
The rooms were clean, and the appliances were quite good.
It even has a **washer, dryer, and Styler**!!
The bedding was comfortable and nice, and there was no noise from the surroundings.
There was a two-burner induction cooktop and a microwave,
and while dish soap was provided,
**laundry detergent was for a fee, so it's a good idea to bring your own.**
Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was neat and tidy.
I made the reservation through Agoda,
and if you book early, it's possible to get a room for around ₩100,000s (~$75s).
For a residence where you can do light housekeeping in a prime station-area location in Yeouido for ₩100,000s (~$75s),
I think this price is quite reasonable!
It's also great for living during exam season because
it has good access to the Mok-dong (목동) cram school district and universities near Sinchon (신촌),
and it's quiet and convenient for commuting to various universities in Seoul!
(University areas are too expensive and noisy.)

Let's step into the cozy and Korean-inspired lobby.
If you go down the stairs behind the pine bonsai,
you'll find the breakfast area, lounge, meeting rooms, and more.
The lounge was accessible to all guests.

Deluxe Double Standard Room

Even though it looks small in the photos with one bed and one desk,
it didn't feel cramped thanks to the space for appliances and furniture.

The bedding was wonderfully plush,

Hotel desks are usually inconvenient,
but this one was really great for working or studying.
The power outlet placement, desk size, etc., were all perfectly satisfactory!

There are also bathrobes!

There's a water purifier, coffee pot, and coffee machine,
and the capsules weren't standard ones.
The product was a Dolce Gusto Vertuo!

Dish soap is provided at the sink.

There's a two-burner induction cooktop
and a microwave.

There are also plenty of pots and frying pans~

They had a wash tower-style washer and dryer.
It might be a good idea to bring your own detergent.

I loved that they had an LG Styler!
It would be perfect for keeping your winter puffers and business suits fresh year-round.

The fridge was more powerful than what you usually find in hotels,
and the freezer was great too.

Plates, cups, trays – everything was set up for two people!
Perfect for whipping up a simple meal.

The appliances and overall room maintenance
were absolutely top-notch!

It looks like the indoor slippers aren't disposable ones,
so if you prefer, it might be a good idea to bring your own.
Oakwood Yeouido (오크우드 여의도) Breakfast
In the mornings, it's a breakfast spot,
and after breakfast, it transforms into a lounge, making it a great place to get some work done.

While the menu might not be super diverse,
the bread quality was excellent!

The fruit selection? Also good~

A surprisingly welcome sight: ramen! Haha!
It would be absolutely perfect with just some rice and kimchi, haha!

The coffee was tasty, but
to be frank, the breakfast spread is a bit modest.
If the price difference to include breakfast is considerable when you book,
you might want to just book the room and explore the amazing local eateries around.
After all, in Yeouido (여의도), there are plenty of spots that open early in the morning!
If you check the reviews, you'll find a variety of opinions.
But the original purpose of a serviced residence is
to provide a comfortable solution for short-to-long-term stays, when eating out for every meal gets tiresome or impractical.
It's all about having a seamless way to cook and do laundry.
Without expecting much from facilities like breakfast or the swimming pool,
it was truly perfect for its intended purpose as a residence!

The rooftop where you can enjoy the night view
also seems worth checking out.

They even keep bees here, haha!
They've set up such good barriers that
you might not even know they're there, so you probably don't need to worry about getting stung,
but if you have a bee allergy,
it's probably best to be careful!

We were quite satisfied with the hotel overall.
The staff members were also incredibly kind and wonderful!!
Not just the lobby staff, but even the housekeeping team was genuinely friendly
!!!
If you're visiting Yeouido (여의도) for business or leisure,
it seems like a great spot to stay for a few days,
and I'd definitely recommend it as a hotel or residence in Yeouido!
