My recent staycation at Anto Resort!

Let me share a detailed review of our cozy stay in the Timber Junior Room.

Heading to Building 103 for Check-In

You can check in

at the reception desk located in Building 103.

If you're visiting on a weekend,

I highly recommend arriving a bit early for check-in.

As check-in time approaches, the crowds definitely start to gather,

and you might end up waiting in a short line.

While your companion is parking,

I recommend heading inside first to register on the waitlist!

The wait wasn't terribly long,

but on a staycation, every minute is precious!

So, getting here early is definitely the way to go.

Anto Resort: Timber Junior Room Condition

We booked the Timber Junior Room,

and we were assigned to Building 102, right next to the reception building.

Building 102 is in an amazing location

for accessing all the resort facilities.

Just a short walk down, you'll find a Starbucks and a convenience store.

Plus, Building 114—which houses the pool, sauna, dining area, and fitness center—

is right in front, making it incredibly convenient

to get around during your stay.

Overall, Anto Resort itself has a wonderfully

quiet and peaceful vibe,

so we had absolutely no trouble relaxing in our room.

It seems like Anto Resort only has about four rooms per floor.

They are split 2 and 2 on opposite sides,

and since we only had one room facing ours,

there was absolutely zero noise disturbance!

This makes it perfect for families traveling with children,

as there's no pressure,

and couples or friends looking for a peaceful getaway

can fully recharge in tranquility.

There are power outlets on both sides of the double bed for easy charging,

and the motorized curtains let you open and close them right from the bed!

We visited during the winter,

but a summer visit would offer a gorgeous, lush forest view.

It's truly a perfect staycation resort to escape and unwind right within Seoul.

Timber Junior Room Bathroom

My absolute favorite part of our stay

was the bathroom!

It's incredibly spacious, with separate shower and toilet stalls,

and the double vanity makes getting ready so convenient.

With double sinks,

it’s absolutely perfect when traveling with friends—

no morning rush or fighting for mirror space!

A hair dryer and quality amenities are all ready to go,

so you can pack light and just show up.

They even provide bath salts in the room,

making it the perfect way to wind down with a warm soak in the evening.

Personally, out of everything at Anto Resort,

I was absolutely in love with the bathroom condition.

✅ If bathroom quality is a dealbreaker for you at hotels,

✅ Or if you simply love a good relaxing bath...

I highly, highly recommend this place!

Dress Room & Spare Bed

Right off one side of the Timber Junior Room bedroom,

you'll find a dedicated dress room.

But calling it just a "dress room" doesn't do it justice—it’s huge!

It feels more like a spare bedroom,

and it even has an extra bed.

It's absolutely perfect for a family of three traveling with a child.

The wardrobe is incredibly spacious, making it so easy to hang your clothes,

and the entire right wall is a full-length mirror—

ideal for checking your outfit before heading out!

Pantry Area

Directly opposite the dress room, there's a handy little pantry area.

It's stocked with room slippers, trash bags, and an electric kettle,

along with various basic utensils and dishes.

While the electric kettle looked perfectly clean,

there have been so many stories lately about hotel kettle hygiene

that make people a bit nervous.

So, I brought some tumbler cleaning tablets with me

and gave it a good wash before using it.

Bringing a portable travel kettle

felt like overkill for a simple staycation,

and I didn't want to pack heavy.

Cleaning the room's kettle was much easier! After washing it,

we came back from swimming

and made cup ramen for a late-night snack.

Netflix is also available,

making it the absolute best setup for streaming shows while snacking at night.

The mini fridge is tucked inside the cabinet below the pantry,

and as you can see, it's on the smaller side...

Keep this in mind if you're planning

to bring in a lot of outside food!

It does come with 2 complimentary bottles of water.

Since there's no freezer compartment,

you won't be able to store any ice cream, unfortunately! 😭
