2. Perfect Sharosugil Cafe for a Date Night
A Place with Great Vibes
Cafe Tiefe is a freshly minted
new cafe in Seoul.

Interior Vibe
Since there wasn't much info online,
I was a little nervous at first,
but because everything is brand new,
it's incredibly clean, cozy, and perfect
for a romantic coffee date.

Adorable Knick-knacks
Tucked away in every corner,
there are so many charming little items
that it was so much fun taking photos!

Restroom
The restroom was also super clean and tidy,
which made the stay even more comfortable.
I noticed quite a few people
coming in to work on their laptops.
With plenty of power outlets available,
it definitely felt like a great spot for cafe-study sessions.

Guestbook
There's a guestbook set up on one side,
so make sure to grab these stone-shaped crayons
and leave your own little note!
It's surprisingly cute and fun haha 💓
3. Cafe Tipe Menu & Recommendations

Tipe Menu Recommendations
<📌Recommended Menu>
Menu | Price |
⭐️Lemon Basil Sorbet | ~$3 |
⭐️Almond Cream Latte | ~$4 |
Sweet Pumpkin Cupcake | ~$4 |
⭐️Lemon Earl Grey Cupcake | ~$4 |
Pistachio Financier | ~$2 |
Cafe Latte | ~$3 |
✅Sorbets, Almond Cream Latte, and Cupcakes are the signatures!
At Cafe Tipe in Sharosu-gil,
there is a wonderful variety of drinks and desserts
waiting for you.
I was especially intrigued by the sorbet selection,
since it's not something
you easily find everywhere.
With coffee prices around ~$3,
this is honestly super budget-friendly
for Sharosu-gil...💓
💡Decaf beans are also available!
Even the Financier packed with pistachios
was only ~$2!
It felt incredibly affordable.
Looking around, they seem to make everything by hand in-house,
which got my hopes up even before taking a bite.
4. Sharosu-gil Hotspot: My Honest, Unbiased Review of Tipe
n
You know how when you order a sweet cream latte,
you absolutely have to order an Americano alongside it, right?

Sharosu-gil Hotspot Honest Review
At first, I thought about getting just the Almond Cream Latte and an Iced Latte,
but I just couldn't pass up
the perfect combo of sweet dessert and an Iced Americano.
3 coffees for 2 people...
3 desserts for 2 people...

Almond Cream Latte / Cafe Latte
For the Almond Cream Latte,
you take a sip first, then stir it 5 times with a spoon
before gulping it down.
They must have been incredibly generous with the almonds,
because it was absolutely bursting with rich, nutty almond flavor.
The milk underneath definitely wasn't just your ordinary latte milk either.
And the Iced Latte we paired with it
was completely my style.
The combination of rich coffee and milk is
so smooth and nutty!
I feel like I'll be coming back for this one quite often.

Seoul Cafe Recommendation
For me, when it comes to financiers,
texture is absolutely everything.
And this place nailed it—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside!
The outside has that perfect cookie-like crunch,
while the inside remains dense and wonderfully moist..!

Best Financier Spot
The Pistachio Financier
is bursting with rich, nutty pistachio aroma,
and the chocolate drizzled on top
pairs with it absolutely beautifully.

Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of sweet pumpkin (kabocha),
but the sweet pumpkin cupcake here was actually amazing.
The cream cheese frosting was smooth and rich,
and you could taste the perfect harmony of fresh milk
and savory cheese in every bite.
The frosting was so good that
I had to ask the owner, and they told me they use mascarpone cheese..!!
No wonder it tasted so heavenly...!!!
But wait, there was one thing here
that I absolutely cannot stop thinking about...!!

You guys, this one is pure madness.
If you love Earl Grey,
the Lemon Earl Grey Cupcake
is an absolute must-try.
I had no idea the combination of zesty lemon cream
and fragrant Earl Grey cake
could be this incredible.
The Earl Grey flavor is beautifully subtle,
so even if you're new to tea-flavored desserts,
you can totally give this a try without hesitation.
5. Ordering a Round of Lemon Basil Sorbet
As we were eating, we got super curious about the sorbet,
so we ended up ordering one more thing!
Since the desserts and coffee were already such a hit,
our expectations for the sorbet were through the roof.

Lemon Basil Sorbet
<🍋 Lemon Basil Sorbet >
To be honest, basil-infused treats
can be a bit hit-or-miss for some,
and they aren't always easy to find on menus.
But the owner told us,
"This one is my personal favorite."
Well, say no more. We had to order it!
The subtle hint of fresh basil
combined with the zesty lemon was uniquely delicious.

It's so sweet and tangy that it's perfect
as a post-meal palate cleanser (?)
or even to sober up a bit after a drink (?)
—it's just that refreshing!
If you're a fan of basil,
you absolutely have to try this.
5. The One Downside
Even at a place as perfect as Tefe,
there is one slight downside...
Parking right in front of the shop is pretty much impossible. 🥲
But then again, parking around Sharosugil cafes
is notoriously tricky anyway.
To be honest, parking in Seoul
is a challenge no matter where you go,
so it's definitely worth the hassle
to make the trip here.
6. Wrapping Up
Today, I shared my honest,
completely unsponsored review of this Sharosugil cafe
in Seoul.
Since it's a brand-new spot,
you might be on the fence about visiting,
but I highly, highly recommend giving it a go.
You won't regret it!
Just make sure
to arrive on an empty stomach...!
There are just too many delicious things you'll want to try.
