The Craft Night Yoga x Meditation program runs for a total of 6 sessions, from September 19, 2026, to October 14, 2026.
They offer a variety of themes, including Wind Yoga Meditation, Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation, and Sound Bath Meditation.

Reservations can be made for free through the Seoul Public Service Reservation website.
Alternatively, if you bring your own yoga mat, you can even participate on-site without a prior reservation!
My friend and I signed up for the Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation session, which took place on September 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM for 30 minutes.

The weather that day was absolutely perfect – it made me wish we could do yoga outdoors all the time!

The participation location varies slightly for each session, but for the Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation class I attended, it was held in the courtyard in front of the Children's Museum, right by a large ginkgo tree.

Upon checking in at the pre-registered participants' booth about 10 minutes before the program, we were handed wireless headphones and could choose our preferred spot.

The yoga mats and singing bowls were already set up on a tiered grassy area, building up our anticipation!

They even provided participants with zero-calorie drinks and water! It was truly hard to believe this was a free event.

Soon after, we put on our wireless headphones, and the class began.

It was my first time trying Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation, and it was a very tranquil session, focusing more on meditation accompanied by singing bowl music rather than intense yoga postures.

After some simple stretching to warm up, the main singing bowl meditation began. We were free to sit or lie down as we pleased, but I opted to sit because the sunlight was quite strong.

Outdoor yoga has a unique charm that differs from indoor sessions, and I often seek out such experiences. It's wonderful that cultural venues like museums and art galleries are increasingly hosting these types of yoga classes!
Another great advantage is that the class difficulty isn't challenging at all, making it perfectly suitable for beginners.

After participating in a satisfaction survey, they even gave us some Bacchus-flavored jelly! What a sweet bonus. Haha.

As we were leaving, I noticed preparations for the next class were already underway near the main entrance's Craft Yard.
Enjoying the Singing Bowl Yoga Meditation class under the clear blue sky on a cool autumn day was truly delightful. The entire Craft Night event was fantastic!✨
I highly recommend signing up, and don't worry about the weather – if it rains, the sessions are moved indoors!
