Cafe Cité Seongsu Review 2026: Laptop-Friendly Vibes & Menu
Cafe Cité in Seongsu is a hot spot for digital nomads and coffee lovers alike. Find out about its menu, prices, and whether it's the perfect weekday workspace for you.

Opened just last year, Cafe Cité in Seongsu remains one of Seoul's hottest spots!
I was on the hunt for a great cafe in Seongsu where I could get some work done. Cafe Cité caught my eye with its impressive floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious, comfortable seating, so I decided to visit on a weekday afternoon.

Cafe Cité is super easy to find, located just a 5-minute walk from Seongsu Station Exit 3.
It's right on Seongsu's main street, directly across from the famous Daelim Warehouse. I'd seen it many times while exploring the area and had it saved on my "must-visit" list!

Did you know Cafe Cité is operated by the shoe brand Cueren? It's part of Cueren The Village, a unique complex that includes the Cueren Seongsu Signature Store, Cafe Cité, and a Tannery, all in one stylish space.

The cafe is open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily, with no scheduled holidays. Last orders are taken at 9:20 PM. Just a heads-up: pets and outside food are not permitted.

Stepping into Cafe Cité, I was immediately impressed by the expansive two-story layout and those stunning glass windows. Even though it was quite busy, the open and airy atmosphere made it feel incredibly comfortable and inviting.

I visited around 2 PM on a weekday. While there might be a short wait if you're in a larger group or have a specific table in mind,

the turnover is pretty quick, and there's even an outdoor terrace, so the wait isn't usually too long. One tip: many people grab their drinks to go, so the ordering line can get surprisingly long. I'd recommend securing your seat first!
Cafe Cité Seongsu Menu

Cafe Cité boasts a diverse menu to satisfy any craving.
You'll find a great selection of coffees, milk teas, and various tea options. They also offer customizable additions like soy milk, almond milk, and vanilla syrup.

Cafe Cité's signature drink is the intriguing Seongsu Brick Latte.
It's a sweet latte made with espresso, milk, condensed milk, almond syrup, and coffee jelly. While it sounds delicious, I'm not a huge fan of coffee jelly, so I decided to pass on that one.

Instead, I opted for an Iced Cafe Latte, priced at ~$5.
You can choose from three types of beans: Dark, Light, or Decaf. I went with the Dark roast. The Decaf option adds an extra ~$1 to your order!

Their selection of delicious desserts is also quite famous!

After placing my order, I headed upstairs to the second floor of Cafe Cité, as it seemed like a better spot for getting some work done than the bustling first floor.

For your convenience, the restrooms at Cafe Cité are also located on the second floor! They were incredibly clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. :)

The second floor has a distinct vibe, with a quieter atmosphere and even a section dedicated to group seating.

I snagged a spot on the second floor with a convenient power outlet, perfect for plugging in my laptop and settling in for some productive time!

My Iced Cafe Latte was generously sized, rich, and wonderfully nutty – definitely a satisfying choice!

The second floor, being notably quieter and less crowded than the first, proved to be an ideal environment for working. I even had a video conference that day and was initially worried about noise, but it went smoothly without any issues. I was able to finish my meeting and work comfortably!
As a bonus, I got to browse the Cueren Signature Store on my way out – a nice little extra! :)
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to Cafe Cité whenever I need a reliable and comfortable cafe for laptop work in Seongsu.
