The sign's dark color and English writing meant I almost walked right past it!

The Exterior Vibe

Gomori is truly brimming with beautiful cafes!

And Po-ok, being a truly unique spot, was high on my must-visit list.

Apparently, it even won the Grand Prize at the Gyeonggi-do Architectural Culture Awards – how cool is that?

Turns out, it’s even the very cafe where BTS’s RM shot his Galaxy Z Flip 5 commercial!

Haha!

The exterior walls have this intriguing 'unfinished' vibe.

Maybe that's part of its outdoor charm....

Definitely Instagram-worthy!

There's a lovely garden nestled inside,

and I really loved the unique structure of the building itself.

It looked like the outdoor areas might even be pet-friendly!

Walk straight through, and you'll find...

a charming view overlooking a small stream.

While there's a small indoor space on the first floor,

it’s mainly just tables inside.

With cozy cushions and fans available,

you'll definitely want to spend your time outside when the weather is beautiful!

And that little garden in the center? Absolutely delightful.

It's a layout I'm particularly fond of.

Time to head up to the second floor!

Second Floor: Inside & Ordering

Here you'll find the ordering counter,

and the high ceilings give the space a wonderfully airy feel.

(Though it wasn't *actually* super cool temperature-wise!)

You'll find plush sofas here,

and with the expansive panoramic windows, this spot truly felt like the best seat in the house!

(Especially the ones with a backrest!)

Gazing out at the mountains, I felt my mind calm,

making it such a wonderfully peaceful cafe.

Feeling a bit relaxed after staying here for a while

Inside, there are round tables, giving off a modern vibe.

A movie is playing on one wall via a beam projector.

It had a thick texture, perhaps because a lot of mango went into it.

But with more mango than an iced drink,

it's rich and smooth.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

My mom's favorite was the Strawberry Banana.

She said the balance was just right, with a subtle sweet and sour taste,

making it deliciously refreshing and not overwhelming.

that I first experienced in Songdo, right here too!

Cloud Cheesecake

The cheese is incredibly rich and dense, absolutely divine! The cake itself is also delicious.

Poo-ok Cream Latte

It's packed with incredibly smooth and generous cream,

though the espresso shot was quite strong.

I guess the caffeine hit a bit hard, because

it kept me up super late! ;;

What a happy day, all thanks to that Malenka cake!

This incredibly chewy Malenka cake, I wish I could eat it every single day!
