The Exterior

Agagil is a cafe that was remodeled from a dyeing factory called Daeyu Industrial.

That's why it has a somewhat rustic feel when you see it from the outside.

Pets are welcome here, but do note that only the terrace seating is available for them!

Last year, for example,

it was recommended by a Pocheon local,

and I came specifically because I heard they had a huge Christmas tree!

Stepping Inside

Pocheon's spacious cafe, Agagil,

is an incredibly beautiful spot with a stunning large tree decoration right in the center!

You'll find window seats with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for people-watching,

as well as super cozy nooks – there's a great variety of seating!

Deeper inside, you might even find seats with adorable teddy bear decorations!

And in winter, it's beautifully decked out with festive Christmas decorations.

Being such a large cafe, it's wonderfully spacious and perfect for relaxing comfortably.

Eogagil

Eogagil is the name of a road nearby,

and 'eoga' refers to the king's carriage.

The milk tea had a rich aroma but a lighter taste,

and the Green Tangerine Ade was wonderfully refreshing – not too sour,

and not too sweet, just perfectly delicious!

But the absolute star was the Blueberry Smoothie!

While most blueberry smoothies just have syrup drizzled on them,

Pocheon's large Eogagil Cafe's Blueberry Smoothie...

It's absolutely packed with delicious little blueberries!

So with every sip, those little berries swirl up to greet you,

offering a delightful texture and a perfectly sweet-tart burst of flavor!

Honestly, it was the best blueberry smoothie I've ever had!

Condensed Milk Bread

The condensed milk bread offers a generous portion for its price,

and it's packed with a good amount of cream inside.

It's a soft, buttery bread,

and the sweet condensed milk cream makes it the perfect indulgent treat to pair with coffee.

But today, the Salt Bread stole the show for me!

It's more on the soft side than crispy, which I loved.

Typically, these go for over ~$2, but here they're incredibly affordable,

and they were so delicious that I ended up buying three more to take home!

My second child sweet-talked me into getting the chocolate cupcake, and isn't it just adorable?

My little one charmed me into buying it again this time,

and I love that it's not overly sweet.

Chocolate lovers, you'll definitely want to try this one!
