Pasteur Milk Bar is situated right next to Vikings Wharf on the 4th floor of Lotte World Mall.

I visited on a weekend morning and really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made enjoying my ice cream even better.

The store's interior is clean and inviting, featuring a refreshing white and mint color palette that perfectly embodies its identity as a premium milk dessert brand.

They offer a delightful range of desserts and beverages made with Pasteur's organic milk, known as Korea's first low-temperature pasteurized milk.

Pasteur Milk Bar's signature offerings are desserts that highlight the natural taste of milk. It's a similar concept to Baekmidang, if you're familiar with that style of ice cream.

From the very first bite, you'll notice the rich, authentic milk flavor. It's clean and not overly sweet, with a wonderfully smooth, melting texture that truly stands out.

However, 627 calories per 3.5 ounces (100g) seems quite high for a shake. It's possible there might be an error in the labeling, or perhaps this calorie count is for the entire 12.3-ounce (350g) shake!

Finally, the matcha shake is listed at 639.66 calories per 3.5 ounces (100g), with 57.27g of sugar, 13.21g of protein, and 32.45g of fat. This one surprisingly has even more sugar than the milk shake!

So, if you're watching your diet, you might want to steer clear of the shakes! 🤣
