Olibean Ecocity: Inside Look

Arriving right at opening, the restaurant was wonderfully quiet. But as soon as we grabbed our spot, people started pouring in, giving me that satisfying feeling of having beaten the rush!
The moment you step inside, you're transported to the Mediterranean. It truly felt like Greece, with the gentle sounds of the sea and a refreshing breeze almost audible.🌊

The open kitchen, where you can see the main ingredients for the platters, is another highlight of Olibean!‼️

You'll find two self-service bars stocked with refreshing lemon water, extra utensils, wet wipes, and even thoughtful hair ties – a real lifesaver for long hair during a meal!

Olibean Ecocity: My Menu Review

Yes, we ordered quite a spread, didn't we?
For the Chicken Breast Platter, we chose blue cheese eggplant and grilled yogurt cabbage.
And for the Smoke Salmon Platter, we picked grilled yogurt cabbage and Greek sweet pumpkin.
Being basil lovers, we both opted for the Basil Mushroom Cream Soup, and added couscous and tofu as extra toppings. So good!🥑 🥑
Usually, I go for tofu and mushrooms, but this time, I decided to try something new!‼️

The table setting was perfect, with black pepper, virgin olive oil, and basil oil readily available for seasoning.

The server brought both platters at once – impressive arm strength! As I silently admired their ability, I took in our magnificent spread. It was truly a sight to behold, a feast for the eyes!

What a generous spread! Roasted tomatoes, carrot remoulade, salad, smoked salmon, grilled cabbage, couscous, olives, pumpkin, and so much more...

The basil soup had a subtle spicy kick and a wonderful basil aroma. Even though it was a bit thin, I found myself diligently scraping every last drop from the bowl (especially after adding more basil oil!).

The chicken platter looked incredibly tender and succulent at first glance.😇

As an appetizer, we were served an olive oil and lemon shot.
It was zero greasy, full of refreshing tang, and so delicious I wished I could have one every morning!

We spread hummus and butter on the accompanying bread.

Then, we piled on the remoulade, salmon, and everything else!🫒🫒 A little extra basil oil throughout the meal truly enhanced the flavors.

I even left one piece of bread, telling myself it was my 'last bit of carb conscience' for the day. Feeling completely satisfied, we finished our meal.
