Mosaic Hannam Showroom Review 2026: Matin Kim, Depound

Opened in October 2025 with quite a buzz and on a large scale – it's Mosaic Hannam!

Mosaic Hannam is a multi-brand concept store operated by Hago House, a brand incubator.

It's home to some of today's hottest brands like Matin Kim, Depound, and Low Tide, plus there's a Bonanza Coffee, making it a perfect spot to enjoy both shopping and relaxation!

Mosaic Hannam is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Hangangjin Station,

It's a striking 6-story building you'll spot right away if you walk along Itaewon-ro and head down from Porsche Studio.

Unfortunately, due to its prime location, parking isn't available.

Starting with the Matin Kim store on the first floor,

You'll find stores from six fantastic brands: Depound, Tailedon, Low Tide, Salty Pebble, and Trimming Bird.

And with a summer sale offering up to 30% off, it's the perfect time to indulge in some retail therapy!

Mosaic Hannam spans from the first basement level to the 5th floor,

You can enter Matin Kim on the 1st floor directly from the external entrance, while floors 2 to 5 are accessible via stairs or elevator from the entrance next to the Matin Kim store.

Plus, on the 4th and 5th floors, Bonanza Coffee offers a lovely spot to grab a drink and relax.

1F Matin Kim

I started my exploration by checking out the Matin Kim store on the first floor.

Right by the entrance, there's a designated spot for drinks, and with it full of beverages and the store bustling with people,

It was easy to see just how popular Matin Kim really is!

You'll find a fantastic selection of summer seasonal items,

And a wide variety of wallets and bags in diverse styles and colors.

There are also fitting rooms available, where you can try on a maximum of 3 items per visit.

The Matin Kim store extends all the way down to the first basement level.

As you descend this charming spiral staircase,

You'll discover an additional display area for Matin Kim hats and eco-bags, along with the checkout counter.

If you purchase items from Matin Kim, you'll receive a special 10% discount on Hago House brands,

Plus, there's a fantastic event offering a 30% discount at Bonanza Coffee! So, if you're planning a Matin Kim shopping spree, definitely keep these perks in mind!

B1: Archive Seoul

Next to the Matin Kim store, there's a space called Archive Seoul, operated by Hago Haus.

As the name suggests, it's a space that gathers limited-edition items only available in Seoul :)

They had a display of various Seoul-themed accessories and items that would make perfect Seoul souvenirs.

They even had mini eco-bags for sale with "Seoul" written under the Matin Kim logo!

2nd Floor

depound, Tailor-den

I took the elevator up to the 2nd floor.

On either side of the elevator, you'll find the depound and Tailor-den stores.

depound, super popular these days for its eco-bags and girlish designs!

I got to browse adorable bags and various accessories, and it was so convenient having separate fitting rooms on each floor for each store.

On the opposite side of the 2nd floor, there was the Tailor-den store, featuring a neat menswear collection.

What really stood out was the spacious layout and the comfy sofa seating right in the middle!

I guess since many couples visit to shop, the well-designed relaxation area truly left an impression.

3rd Floor

LOW TIDE, Salty Pebble

On the 3rd floor, you'll find the LOW TIDE and Salty Pebble stores.

LOW TIDE is actually one of my personal favorite brands, thanks to its elegant silhouettes and high-quality materials!

It was great to be able to check out their new lookbook and even try things on, allowing me to spend plenty of time browsing.

Right next door, Salty Pebble is a designer brand with a French chic, bohemian vibe.

Among the displayed looks, I really loved the combination of the brown top with mint line accents and jeans, so I snapped a picture! :)

4th Floor

TRIMMING BIRD, Bonanza Coffee

Next, I headed up to the 4th floor.

On the 4th floor, you'll find TRIMMING BIRD and Bonanza Coffee.

Trimming Bird was fantastic for a casual browse, with so many natural and relaxed clothing styles!

Right across, we found Bonanza Coffee.

Bonanza Coffee, a renowned specialty coffee brand, actually began its storied journey in Berlin back in 2006!

You can grab your drinks at the Bonanza Coffee bar on the 5th floor,

while the 4th floor offered a peaceful seating area perfect for quiet relaxation.

But what truly made this spot special was...

the beautiful, atmospheric terrace, allowing you to fully soak in Hannam's captivating outdoor views!

While it's been too hot for outdoor seating lately,

I can just imagine how perfect this spot would be on a crisp autumn or beautiful spring day! :)

5th Floor Bonanza Coffee

Finally, the 5th floor houses the coffee bar where you can order your Bonanza Coffee.

It appears there's even a 6th-floor rooftop, though it wasn't open to the public during my visit.

Being able to explore so many contemporary designer brands all under one roof,

and then freely try on items and shop in such a pleasant atmosphere — that's what made Mosaic Hannam truly fantastic!

I ended up spending more time than I anticipated, so unfortunately, I had to leave without getting my coffee,

but next time, after a satisfying shopping spree, I definitely want to relax at the 5th-floor Bonanza Coffee bar and take in the Hannam views.
