Escape the crowds at Monthly Record, a hidden gem LP cafe in Jeju offering stunning views of Seongsan Ilchulbong and a curated vinyl soundtrack.
Located just a 5 to 7-minute drive from Ojo Port and the iconic Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), this is the perfect spot to pull over and recharge during your Jeju road trip.
Parking Information
To find parking, look to the right of the building where Fritz Cafe is located.
You can park in the empty lot across the street,
or use the open space opposite the convenience store on the first floor (to the left),
or across from the nearby Icheon Rice Restaurant.

The Entrance
The entrance can look a bit dark and mysterious—
you might even wonder if it's open!
Rest assured, it is.
The cafe is located on the second floor of this building.
Just head through the door on the left (which looks like a standard restaurant entrance)
and walk upstairs to discover Monthly Record.

10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Last Order: 9:00 PM
Open 365 days a year with no scheduled days off.

Menu & Admission

We ordered the Jeju Matcha Latte for ~$11.
Although it wasn't on the official menu,
the incredibly kind staff custom-made a Vanilla Latte for us upon request.
We were so grateful!
They serve coffee, non-coffee drinks, alcohol, and desserts.
At first, you might think the prices are a bit steep,
but once you see the generous portions,
taste the rich flavors of the Matcha Latte and coffee,
and soak in the incredible analog music experience,
you'll realize it is worth every penny.

Please note there is a 2-hour time limit.
They also have a lovely selection of rings and unique merchandise available for purchase.

You can browse and choose vinyl records from the shelves on both sides.

How to Use the Players
If you're a vinyl beginner like we were, don't worry!
Simply hold the LP record by its edges and slide it gently into the player—
it will start playing automatically.
When we first put on a record by Brown Eyed Soul,
it sounded strangely sped up.
If this happens, just press the 'speed' button
to adjust the playback speed until it sounds normal.
You can control the volume using the dial on the machine to your right.

You can select up to 3 LPs at a time to take to your table.
Please avoid taking too many at once so that
other guests have a chance to browse and enjoy the selection as well.
The Drinks

The portions are huge!
The matcha flavor is incredibly rich, and even the coffee is top-tier.

Right in front of you is the sparkling blue ocean,
and just to the side,
the majestic Seongsan Ilchulbong rises dramatically into view.

The scenery is absolutely breathtaking!

Seating & Vibe
With only about 6 table setups,
the space is intimate and fills up quickly.
It's a highly popular spot for a reason!

The combination of rich coffee, nostalgia-inducing music, and quiet contemplation
naturally slows down the hectic pace of travel.
Adding this to your East Jeju itinerary will instantly boost your healing index.
It was hands-down our favorite stop of the trip.
