For our recent family trip to Jeju Island,
we had one main goal in mind:
Spending endless hours splashing in the pool with our little one.
So when choosing our accommodation,
I spent days searching for resorts with the absolute best pool facilities.
That search led us straight to
the iconic
Lotte Hotel Jeju Pool.

If you are planning a family trip to Jeju with kids,
this resort is an absolute no-brainer.

Kids Pool
The pool oasis at Lotte Hotel Jeju
is beautifully named "Heon."
Featuring year-round cozy heated water,
it's perfect for swimming even during the cooler seasons.
We visited in October,
and the weather was absolutely gorgeous—
warm enough that swimming was comfortable and cozy the entire time!
✔️ Outdoor Heated Pool
✔️ Indoor Pool
✔️ Kids Pool
The facilities are divided into these three main zones.
The sheer size of the pool is impressive,
making it great for adults to do some real swimming
while children have plenty of space to splash around safely.

Lounging on the sunbeds
while watching the kids play
is the ultimate definition of vacation relaxation!
haha
Indoor Pool

Our little one barely stepped inside the indoor pool,
so I'm sharing an official photo from the hotel's website to give you an idea!
Kids Pool

This zone is designed entirely for the little ones.

Because the water is shallow,
kids can play incredibly safely.
Plus, with fun water slides and play structures,
you can tell the children are having the absolute time of their lives.

Parents can easily sit in the shallow water
and play along without any stress. haha

All that swimming is bound to work up an appetite...
We decided to try the Lotte Hotel Jeju Poolside Cafe.
It was so convenient and delicious that
we ended up dining there two days in a row! haha

On day one, we ordered the
Fried Chicken & French Fries
~$34
and the Lobster Tteokbokki (Spicy Rice Cakes)
~$40

These two dishes came out to
~$74... quite a splurge!
On the second day, we swam late
and ordered around 5:00 PM.

Our menu for day two:

Since our kid is obsessed with fries,
we went with the fry-accompanied
Burger & Fries
~$28

And a delicious Pizza (I forgot the exact name!)
priced at ~$34
A bit more reasonable than yesterday... haha

After hours of swimming, everything tastes like a five-star meal.
High resort prices aside,
the food was high quality, and we happily polished off every single bite!
This was actually our very first trip to Jeju
without renting a car.
For 3 days and 2 nights, we stayed entirely
within Lotte Hotel Jeju,
enjoying a truly relaxing, stress-free staycation with our child.

Lotte Hotel Jeju
is truly the ultimate hub for family travel.
Our kid loved every minute of it,
and we got to relax and recharge.
It was an unforgettable getaway.
If you are searching for the best family-friendly resort
with an incredible pool on Jeju Island,
