Lotte Concert Hall Jamsil Guide: Seats, Parking, and Access
Discover Lotte Concert Hall in Jamsil, a top venue for classical music. This guide provides essential tips on getting there, choosing seats, and parking for your next show.

I recently visited the Lotte Concert Hall in Jamsil, an excellent venue for experiencing classical music and orchestral performances.
Conveniently located within Seoul's Lotte World Mall, it's easily accessible by subway, and for those driving, the Lotte World Mall parking lot is available. Its prime location makes it a breeze to get to.
However, Jamsil Station can be quite bustling and complex, so if it's your first time, you might feel a bit lost trying to figure out which exit to take.
Don't worry! I've put together a comprehensive guide covering everything from how to get to Lotte Concert Hall, its floor plan, seating arrangements, and even parking fees.
How to Get to Lotte Concert Hall

Lotte Concert Hall is situated on the 8th floor of Lotte World Mall.
If you're taking the subway, for Line 2, look for the Lotte World Mall entrance between Exits 1 and 2.
For Line 8, Exit 11 is the easiest way to find your way!

Lotte World Mall is enormous, with many buildings, so it can be a bit confusing. The key is to enter through the 'Lotte World Mall' entrance, not the 'Lotte World Tower' entrance.

Once you're inside Lotte World Mall, follow the floor signs carefully. They're a great help!
Follow the signs marked 'Concert Hall,' and you'll eventually find the elevators that take you up to the concert hall.

Double-check that the elevator goes up to the 8th floor before you hop in!

A particularly recommended route is to use the elevator located in front of the lockers on Basement 1 (B1).
This is an outdoor glass elevator, offering lovely views of the exterior as you ascend – a nice touch! :)

I went for a 7:30 PM show and arrived around 7:00 PM, which allowed me to enjoy a beautiful sunset from inside the elevator! :)

Stepping out on the 8th floor, you're greeted by a magnificent view.

As you take in the sights of Lotte World Tower and Seokchon Lake, head left, and you'll find it.

This is where the entrance to Lotte Concert Hall is located!

At the 8th-floor lobby of Lotte Concert Hall, you can have your tickets checked or store your belongings before proceeding to your seat.
There are separate restrooms on each floor, making it very convenient.

I brought my mother, who loves classical music, to see the Kirill Gerstein Piano Recital, part of Classical Revolution 2026, on September 3rd, 2026. :)

Even if your seat is on the 1st floor, the gates vary for each section, so it's crucial to check the gate number on your ticket carefully! For example, my ticket was for R section, 1st floor, D block, but I entered through Gate 6 on the 9th floor.
Lotte Concert Hall Seating

The most distinctive feature of Lotte Concert Hall is its Vineyard Style design, inspired by terraced vineyards!
Instead of facing the stage head-on, the audience seating wraps around the stage.
This unique layout allows for a more immersive view of the performance, making you feel relatively close to the stage no matter where you're seated.

The hall has a total capacity of 2,036 seats, including 22 wheelchair accessible spots.
On the official Lotte Concert Hall website, you can find the seating chart and even use VR to check the stage view from each seat.
I highly recommend clicking on specific seats to preview the actual view before booking your tickets!

I was in R section, D block, Row 19, and the actual view was remarkably similar to what I saw in the VR preview!

Notably, in D block, Row 19, there were no seats directly in front, offering an unobstructed and very satisfying view. :)

Being able to view the stage slightly from the side allowed me to truly appreciate the grand and immersive atmosphere of the concert hall.

Lotte Concert Hall Parking

Concertgoers with a ticket for the day can park for a flat rate of ~$4 for 4 hours.
However, if you exceed 4 hours, the standard Lotte World Mall parking rates will apply for the additional time.
It's important to note that the parking discount is not automatically applied just by having a concert ticket. You MUST register for the discount before exiting the parking lot.
You'll find the pre-payment machines in the Lotte Concert Hall 8th-floor lobby and in the underground parking garage. Don't forget to register!

Here's another insider tip for Lotte Concert Hall!
During intermission, I highly recommend stepping out onto the terrace to enjoy the fresh air and take in the stunning night views of Seokchon Lake and Lotte World Tower. :)
The evening view of Lotte World Tower from here is truly majestic and beautiful!
From its exceptional acoustics and unique seating arrangement to the breathtaking surrounding scenery, my entire experience at Lotte Concert Hall was incredibly satisfying.
As one of my favorite performance venues, I hope this guide helps many more people enjoy their visits conveniently! 🤗
