La Avenue Seongsu Cafe Review 2026: Apple Mango Cake & Parking

Craving a delicious cake in Seongsu, I stumbled upon L'Avenue Seongsu – and what a find it was!

Not only could I indulge in exquisite coffee and a delightful array of cream cakes, but it also stood out as a remarkably spacious and comfortable cafe – a true gem in Seongsu!

Perched on the first floor of a charming circular building, L'Avenue Seongsu boasts fantastic terrace seating, setting an absolutely delightful ambiance.

It had that cool, trendy cafe vibe you'd expect to find in downtown Singapore or Bangkok – truly international!

What truly makes it stand out? It's one of those rare finds in Seongsu: a cafe with parking available!

Simply order one drink per person, and you'll receive a generous 1 hour of complimentary parking.

This place is a celebrated dessert haven, renowned for its magnificent fresh cream cakes, crafted with 100% animal-based cream and the freshest seasonal fruits.

And get this – you can even reserve whole cakes or order custom-made cakes for those special occasions!

Their operating hours are wonderfully generous, running from 9 AM to 10 PM,

giving you plenty of time to visit.

Just remember, last orders are taken at 9 PM!

Stepping inside, my gaze was immediately captivated by the magnificent cakes, artfully arranged in the refrigerated showcase – a true feast for the eyes! :)

The price of a slice of cake is

around ~$6-7 per slice!

Each slice is incredibly generous and lavishly layered,

making you feel utterly satisfied after just one decadent piece.

Off to the side, I spotted an enticing selection of cookies, baked treats, and various breads.

We arrived around 2 PM, and to my surprise, some popular items were already sold out – a testament to their popularity!

At first, I naturally gravitated towards the famous cakes, but with all the other delectable desserts looking so incredibly tempting, I found myself in a delightful dilemma, pondering for quite some time!

And the prices? Quite reasonable, especially for Seongsu standards!

Leave a review of your receipt, and you can even snag a complimentary croissant rusk!

We had already indulged in a hearty lunch before our visit, so we reluctantly passed on this treat!

Their beverage menu is just as impressive, offering a wide array of choices at very reasonable prices.

For your coffee, you have the exciting option to choose from three distinct bean varieties: Vegas, LA, or Decaf – tailor your brew to your preference!

And if you're looking for a special gift, ordering an 8-slice whole cake is an absolute dream! It comes complete with a transparent case, a chic ribbon-handled shopping bag, elegant ribbon packaging, candles, and forks – making it presentation-perfect for any celebration.

Inside the showcase, there's a large full-length mirror, and because it gets such beautiful natural light, photos here turn out amazing! haha

The interior area also had such a lovely atmosphere, with its lush green 'planterior' and crisp white decor blending together beautifully.

If you're visiting with several people or planning to spend a long time, the table sofas inside looked super comfortable :)

Personally, I really love cafes that have magazines or books available.

Thoughtfully, they even had magazines and blankets ready for guests.

Since there were just two of us, and we loved the view of the lush green plants outside, we decided to sit by the window.

Shortly after, our drinks and cake arrived!

The visuals were so pretty that it was a feast for the eyes haha!

My friend ordered the Iced Americano with LA beans, which had a light, pleasant acidity that wasn't overwhelming, making it perfect for an iced coffee.

I was curious about the Plum Hibiscus Tea, so I ordered it iced.

It turned out to be hibiscus tea with plum syrup! The subtle aroma of hibiscus blended with the sweet scent of plum, making for a deliciously sweet iced tea.

And then, the much-anticipated Apple Mango Cake!

The moist cake layers, the smooth fresh cream, and the sweet apple mango — a truly fantastic combination! 😌

For those who love fruit cream cakes, I highly recommend it.

Both the drinks and the cake were delightful, and with the wonderful view outside the window, I was able to enjoy a rare, relaxed afternoon in Seongsu.

If you're visiting as a pair or on a date, I absolutely recommend this window seat!

The seats might be a little less comfortable, but I think the view and the atmosphere make it totally worth the slight inconvenience 🤗

Ordering one cake and two drinks to share seems just perfect.

If a larger group comes, you could order a variety of dessert items and enjoy sharing them.
