Quick answer
- Premier Double rooms offer a spacious layout suitable for families.
- Kids enjoy unlimited free ice cream and a dedicated play cafe.
- The resort offers direct access to Olle Trail Route 7 (올레7코스) for scenic walks.
- Outdoor and indoor pools are available, though the transition area can be chilly.
- The lounge serves coffee during the day and transforms into a traditional pub concept at night.

I also visited the pool, but there wasn't anything special apart from snack time, so there won't be much of a review on it. Please keep that in mind!
First, we headed in after an early check-in!

Delicious Snack Time
You all know this, right? Kids get unlimited free ice cream!
But I was busy, so I could only have two.

Beyond the resort,
there's so much more to explore nearby!
It seems like Olle Trail Route 7 (올레7코스) is also connected.

Since it's right next to the sea, the outdoor pool is heavily affected by the weather.
It's getting cold now, so you might not be able to use it.
But the water was super warm!
The only downside is how cold it gets on the path from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool, which is about a 2-minute walk. It's absolutely freezing! What an experience!
The snack served at 4 PM was fish cakes and fish cake broth.
In the kids' pool, there were fish cakes floating around occasionally.
Looks like kids might have eaten them and then... well, you get the idea! Haha.
Well, I totally get it. Haha. Since a lot of kids visit JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa (jw메리어트제주앤리조트), this kind of thing is just part of the charm.

The lounge seems to be quite thoughtfully designed.
During the day, it's coffee, and at night, it seems to operate like a traditional Korean pub (Jumak).
Just a heads-up!

There were five tangerines.
They brought more throughout our stay.
I think they replenished them when they refilled the water.

Here's the bed layout of the Premier Double room.
It's great!
I thought I'd be able to sleep separately from the kids,
but only my wife got to sleep separately...
I ended up sleeping with the kids!

The goose was brought from home.
There was an event at the F&B area, but I gave up because we have too many dolls at home.

That yellow bag is a waterproof bag.
Later, I noticed everyone else brought them to the pool.
I just absentmindedly carried mine loosely in my hand.
It would be good to bring things like your phone and water.

There is a table, though it's a bit small. I didn't even think to take out my laptop that day,
perhaps because the table was just too tiny.

The tangerines were deliciously small.
I heard that Jeju Island (제주도) is generous with tangerines, and I could feel that generosity even at the hotel! LOL.

It was the day Typhoon No. 30 was supposed to hit,
but it suddenly disappeared...
The weather suddenly got beautiful, so the kids wanted to go for a morning walk.

Alright... let's go!
But I couldn't find that island's name on Naver.
And there's no trace of it on Google either.
It's a mysterious island.

They even prepared steps so kids can wash their hands by themselves.
With two sinks, the kids didn't fight!

When I said we were going out, my second child got really excited.
Out of our 3-day trip, it rained for 2 days, so...
I guess I was feeling a little down.

Hahaha, these Marriott slippers are so comfy, I wear them everywhere! 😊

They're so nice, they'd make great souvenirs,
they're really lovely items!

Chargers still primarily use the USB type,
and it seems like the outlets are universal, accommodating both 110V and 220V~
I guess that's because they have a lot of international guests, right?

Before heading to Olle 7 Course (올레7코스), let me quickly tell you about our visit to the kids' cafe.

The kids played so creatively!
Hahaha,
Even though there wasn't a huge variety of things to play with, they got creative and used things like a makeshift slide!
Anyway, they'll play for at least an hour if you just let them be.
No real downsides,
except that it was hard to get them to leave!~

A cake we received as an anniversary gift!
So delicious~
The room was quite warm, so there was a risk of it spoiling,
so I recommend eating the cake right after you receive it~
They also gave us some kind of snack bag, and it was sweet and tasty – we enjoyed it!

The bathtub: a love-it-or-hate-it feature.
I'm more of a shower person,
but my kids and wife love to soak and stay in the tub for a long time...
It takes quite a while for the water to drain.
Heheheh.
I kept wanting to wash up quickly, but the slow drainage was a bit annoying.
Plus, even just showering caused a lot of splash, so the bathmat got completely soaked almost instantly.

Anyway, let's get back to the lovely view when the weather cleared up!
You can see everything so clearly. 😄

You can also see the promenade~

There's also a spa on the lower floor~
It's designed really well for privacy~

To the left, you can spot the outdoor swimming pool~

I'm really curious about the name of that island! 😄
If anyone knows, please tell me!

The kids slept really well, so their energy levels shot right up!
Brushed their teeth~
And ready to go!

Hehehe.
Of course, whenever you say 'let's go out,' the kids get themselves ready so quickly!

In front of the lounge, there are many sculptures of Haenyeo (해녀).
They depict their forms underwater,
and you can truly feel the challenges these Haenyeo face in the deep sea.

Snapped a picture with the outdoor pool in the background, hehehe!
They don't allow professional cameras or equipment like GoPros in the pool area, so I took these photos from outside.

This is a walking path and playground area where kids can play.
Isn't it great? There really are a lot of spaces designed for children here~

Walking and taking photos,
we stumbled upon Olle Trail Course 7 (올레7코스)!

There's a signboard indicating the point that connects to Olle Trail Course 7.

Hahaha, hehehe!
I ended up yawning while taking a commemorative photo.

We couldn't go very far, but we walked for about an hour round trip~
We also saw a huge spider and a slug,
and even took photos with fallen flowers!

There were quite a few mosquitoes, so if you have repellent, it's a good idea to bring it.
Hehehe.
Of course, I was the only one wearing shorts, so I was the only one who got bitten.

As we were heading back, other people were also leaving, haha.
It's the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and go for a walk.

After all that exercise, it's time to eat!
Breakfast, here we come!
Two children eat free~
So we only paid for the adults~
Due to our flight schedule, we had to skip the Royal Brunch.
What a shame!

A delicious breakfast enjoyed with a wonderful view.
A wide variety of options are available, including soup, kimchi, Western dishes, salads, and more.

They even had natto, haha.
The bulgogi was delicious,
and the fried rice was tasty too – speaking as an adult with elementary school kid taste buds!
Next to the coffee corner, there's also fruit.
Don't miss it~

I recommend the eel hot pot rice~
The steak is good, but
In Jeonju (전주), eel hot pot rice is even more special. LOL
I can make steak at home myself.

Conclusion: A place with a truly well-decorated lobby.
I feel like about 80% of my satisfaction came from here.
Hahaha
I think they need to figure out how to encourage repeat guests.
For those who can comfortably afford this price, the room feels a bit too small.
For those who saved up and decided to splurge, there's something a little disappointing for the price.
Anyway, that's how it is. But since business is always good, I guess they're doing something right.
I should probably be worrying about myself instead, hehehe.
