The Executive Lounge Evening Cocktails are available from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a wonderful space to enjoy drinks and light snacks.
Access is granted to guests who have booked an Executive or higher room category, or those with Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status or above.
Upon arriving on the 10th floor, simply touch your room key to the sensor on the upper left side of the door to enter.
While it's not always easy to find a seat right away, and a short wait might be necessary, guests are usually contacted in their rooms when a table becomes available.
Long rows of seating are arranged against the window, with the food beautifully presented in the middle of the lounge.
Eclairs and financiers with exquisite patterns
The macarons, mini cakes, and chocolates were so delightful, they immediately caught my eye!
The walnut pie also had that distinct, luxurious hotel pie look and feel.
For hot food, there was Mapo Tofu, grilled vegetables, and grilled chicken, among other delectable options.
It seemed that one or two dishes were rotated regularly, keeping the selection fresh.
Various sauces were also available right next to the dishes.
A delightful selection of breads was also on display.
I only admired the bread corner from afar!
Ham and Cheese
Smoked salmon, lavash, salads, and more were available.
Chicken salad and fruits
Biscuits, Gouda cheese, walnut cheese, and other snacks perfect for an appetizer dominated the selection.
Beer, soft drinks, and sparkling water were readily available in the refrigerators for guests to help themselves.
Fruit juices were in a separate refrigerator.
There was also a separate section with spirits, allowing guests to mix their own cocktails.
Some even came with recipes!
The sun was setting outside the window, painting the sky in beautiful hues.
I brought my first plate of food, accompanied by a warm cup of tea.
Classic decorations adorned the area next to the seats.
A glass of white wine and a glass of champagne each.
This is the terrace overlooking Dongdaemun Shopping Town and Cheonggyecheon Stream.
I thought no one would be outside because of the chilly weather, but there was one person enjoying the view.
Heunginjimun Gate also started to light up.
I imagined it would look even more stunning with the lights once darkness fully set in.
I also took some photos of the wines and champagne on display.
The last plate was dessert.
While my coffee was being prepared, a new strawberry dessert appeared, and I just had to capture it!

So, that was my review of the JW Marriott Hotel Executive Lounge evening cocktail experience, a highlight from my Seoul adventure.
It was actually my second visit, and believe it or not, I had no idea about the outdoor terrace during my first stay!
It truly offers one of the most breathtaking views of Heunginjimun.
If you're lucky enough to visit on a day with beautiful weather, definitely make time to savor the lounge's outdoor terrace.
The Executive Lounge Evening Cocktail operates from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests who have booked Executive or higher-tier rooms, or Marriott Bonvoy members with Platinum Elite status or higher, are eligible for entry.
The Evening Cocktail offers desserts such as éclairs, macarons, and walnut pies, as well as hot food items like mapo tofu and grilled chicken. A variety of snacks including ham, cheese, and smoked salmon, along with a selection of beverages such as beer, wine, champagne, and cocktails, are also available.
From the outdoor terrace, you can see Dongdaemun Shopping Town, Cheonggyecheon Stream, and Heunginjimun Gate. It is particularly noted as the most beautiful spot to view Heunginjimun Gate.
The lounge is located on the 10th floor. You can enter by tapping your room key on the sensor located on the upper left side of the door. If there are no available seats and you need to wait, guests are usually asked to return to their rooms, and the lounge will contact them when a table becomes available.
