It's Liberation Day 🇰🇷
Shouting 'Long Live Korean Independence‼️‼️'
The day we reclaimed the light that was stolen,
thanks to the noble sacrifice and dedication of our ancestors,
The 81st anniversary of Liberation
Remembering the cheers of that day,
and with a 3-day long weekend thanks to a substitute holiday,
are you all ready to go on an adventure,,❤️🔥

Jeonju Intercity Bus Terminal...
The exterior is a bit... something, I'll admit.

Just across the crosswalk from the intercity bus terminal entrance,
Insol Coffee‼️ is super convenient, just a 1-minute walk!

If you're looking for something a bit nicer than your average budget franchise coffee,
I highly recommend checking this place out.

An Americano for just ~$2 ☕️
Insol Coffee Interior Vibe

Although I got takeout and didn't stay inside,
Insol Coffee is a local cafe that started right here in Jeonju
and has even expanded to Seoul!
They operate a total of 4 branches:
Jeonbuk National University,
Seosin Branch,
Jeonju Terminal,
and Sangsu.
The Jeonju Terminal branch wants to give you energy for your journey 🏃♀️
and can be with you from the beginning to the end of your Jeonju trip.
It's a place where they do their own baking and roasting every day,
and the prices are great,
so I've even ordered delivery from them a few times..😇

While there aren't a ton of tables,
if you're lucky enough to snag a spot,
it's a great cafe to sit and pass the time
when your bus schedule is a bit awkward.

They also have milk tea and pound cake.

And they have salt bread, cookies, and scones!
All their baked goods are hygienically packaged,
which makes it a really comforting space for anyone who prefers things
clean & tidy...😇
Insol Coffee Menu and Prices

Insol Coffee's menu prices boast incredible value for money!
An Americano for just ~$2,
and no drink exceeds ~$3...
(Even an Einspänner is only ~$2...)
And I loved that the drink capacities are also listed next to each item.
Insol Coffee is a pet-friendly cafe,
and they even have puppy lattes!
This means you won't have to endure those jealous stares
from your furry friend wondering,
"Are you eating all by yourself?"

You can also choose from 3 bean options:
Spring, Winter, or Decaf ☕️

Even after buying an iced Americano and salt bread for my morning coffee fix,
it cost less than a single coffee elsewhere —
truly a kind cafe..
Jeonju Intercity Bus Terminal Interior Facilities

Even though the facilities might be a bit run down,
if you take a closer look, you might be surprised by what you find
at the Intercity Bus Terminal.

A mini Southeast Asia right inside the terminal!
At V-Mart,
you'll discover durian ice cream, mango jelly, ramen, and so much more,
all those delicious snacks you can find without even traveling to Vietnam!
It's absolutely brimming with them.

For those who forgot to buy Choco Pies in the city,
Choco Pie Moju Kkwabaegi
is now on sale and selling like hotcakes! ❤️🔥
Something to keep in mind if you're leaving Jeonju!
(Good news: Pungnyeon Bakery is at the Express Bus Terminal too!)
