On the way to check into our accommodation, we were feeling peckish and stopped by Jejudang Cafe!
I stumbled upon this place while searching on Naver Maps,
but it turns out it's already famous as a large bakery cafe.
It's **less than a 5-minute drive to Saebyeol Oreum**,
so I highly recommend it if you're looking for a cafe near Saebyeol Oreum.

Cafe Near Saebyeol Oreum
Jejudang Bakery

Jejudang is **less than a 5-minute drive from Saebyeol Oreum's parking lot.**
You can even see Saebyeol Oreum when you step out behind Jejudang Cafe,
it's truly that close to Saebyeol Oreum.

Of course, it's **especially convenient for travelers driving,**
because the parking lot is unbelievably huge.
If you're walking, you might even get tired just crossing the parking lot!
Jejudang itself sits on a vast 800-pyeong (approximately 28,500 sq ft) plot of land,
so it seems they built the parking lot just as massive.
Thanks to that, it was great not having to worry about parking.

Interior Atmosphere & Menu Review

Jejudang... a **massive Jeju cafe the size of a sports stadium**!
It's so spacious that even if kids get a little loud, you barely notice.
In fact, perhaps because there's an Arte Kids Cafe nearby,
**many families with children were here.**
As a side note, there's even a lounge for pregnant women.

Perhaps because it was created by an agricultural company,
despite its warehouse-style interior, it has many greenery elements,
and there are lots of concept-faithful props scattered throughout, making it a delight for the eyes.

The main space only has two floors, but it's incredibly vast,
so if you find it difficult to go get drinks, **I recommend the first floor**.
If you settle on the second floor, it'll take ages to retrieve your drinks.
Still, with high ceilings and an unobstructed view,
even with a crowd, it didn't feel stuffy at all.

You can order on the first floor, and here's a glimpse of the drink menu!
I loved that there were many **menu items infused with Jeju's distinct character**, like
Jeju Hoji Mandarin Tea and Udo Peanut Ice Cream.

We ordered the **Gotjawal Forest and Mandarin Juice.**
The drinks tasted good,
but the prices were a bit higher than other cafes.
(Most drinks were ~$5 or more)
Personally, the Udo Peanut Ice Cream was the most delicious!

The signature menu item at Jejudang: the Vegetable Garden Set!
I've been to many cafes that make bread shaped like vegetables,
but this is the first time I've seen one that even packages them so realistically in a box.
The price is also ~$15, so it seems like a great gift!
Besides the Vegetable Garden, there were plenty of other realistically crafted breads,
so just browsing the bakery corner was a delight! :)

However, since we also had to cater to my dad's taste,
we chose some seemingly safe and universally appealing breads.
However, I don't recommend the Focaccia – it was so hard, as if it had been made a long time ago.
But the Mugwort Injeolmi Cream Bread, generously coated with soybean powder,
was soft, nutty, and delicious!

If there's a specific bread you're hoping for, make sure to check the baking schedule.
They come out sequentially starting from 10 AM,
so if you go before lunch, you can enjoy freshly baked bread : )

Actually, besides bakery items and cafe drinks, Jejudang also offers
meal options like salads, risottos, and pastas,
so if you're traveling and find yourself peckish between meals,
it might be a great spot to visit for a bite to eat.
Don't Forget to Explore the Backyard!

But what I personally consider the biggest charm of Jejudang Cafe is
the vast field stretching out behind the cafe!
It's less of a backyard and more like an actual open field,
where you can capture beautiful photos with Saebyeol Oreum in the distance as your backdrop : )

Step outside the cafe, and you'll see a semicircular pond and
a stone-paved area.
Turn around, and this stunning field unfolds before you : )

Photos taken with the cafe as a backdrop turn out beautifully,
and turning around to snap pictures with Saebyeol Oreum in the background is just as fantastic.
So, if you visit Jejudang on a nice day, definitely make sure to step out into the backyard!

Jejudang Bakery's interior is more beautiful than it looks from the outside,
and its backyard is even more stunning.
Especially if you're with a large group, there's ample seating,
so if you're looking for a cafe near Saebyeol Oreum,
or a spacious cafe in Jeju, I highly recommend Jejudang!
