Seogwipo Budget-Friendly Accommodation
Hello everyone! This is Merci~♡
Today, I'm excited to share about the accommodation from my family trip to Jeju with my mom,
my stay at **Y Resort** in Seogwipo.
Originally, I had booked a different place,
but a friend who often visits Jeju
strongly recommended, saying "You absolutely have to go here!",
so I changed our accommodation to Y Resort for the second day of our trip.
Considering the ocean view, included breakfast, and the price point,
it's often praised as the best value-for-money resort,
so I went with a mix of anticipation and excitement.
The result? Absolutely thrilled~~!
So, ready for my review of Y Resort in Seogwipo, Jeju?

✔️ Budget-friendly accommodation with breakfast included
✔️ Clean and spacious rooms
✔️ Perfect relaxation with a half-bath in the whirlpool tub

Y Resort
is located right next to Sanbangsan Mountain,
and the views from the entire property were truly impressive.
The surroundings are quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere rather than a busy tourist spot,
making it perfect for a calm and relaxing getaway.
It was especially well-suited as accommodation for a Jeju trip with parents.

Best of all, with its expansive ocean-view rooms,
being able to enjoy the sea scenery was another huge plus!
Sanbangsan Mountain, Yongmeori Coast,
and Hwasun Golden Sand Beach are all just a 5-minute drive away,
which was great for planning our itinerary.

The outdoor swimming pool is available from May to October.
It has both shallow and deep sections,
and there's even a separate children's pool, making it a perfect fit for family trips.
I truly felt it was a fantastic value-for-money accommodation in Seogwipo.
The pool operates from 1 PM to 9 PM,
so please keep that in mind when planning your visit!
🏡 Y Resort Check-in <Room - Deluxe Twin Room>

Check-in takes place at the front desk on the 5th floor.
The lobby was neat and tidy, and with a small convenience store right next to it,
it was convenient to buy drinks or simple snacks.
They even have Haagen-Dazs ice cream!~♡

We stayed one night in the 'Deluxe Twin Room'.
The room, compared to what it looked like in the photos,
was much more spacious and clean overall!
Most importantly, the cleanliness was very good~
Since this was a trip with my parents,
I considered this aspect particularly important,
and I was truly satisfied.

With one double bed and one single bed,
it was perfect for us three, mother and daughters,
and thanks to the soft and comfortable mattresses,
the whole family slept soundly.

Above all, Y Resort's biggest charm is
the fact that it's an ocean-view room!
The sea view visible from the window
is truly a work of art~♡

In the evening, the sunset viewed from the outdoor terrace
was truly fantastic,
it was a sight that made me just gaze silently for a long time.
At Y Resort, a renowned sunset spot in Seogwipo,
let's enjoy the sunset!

The spacious and neatly arranged kitchen
is a space where cooking is possible,
equipped with an induction stovetop, microwave, and rice cooker, as well as
all the basic cooking utensils.
Thanks to this, you can easily prepare simple meals or late-night snacks
without any hassle!
For your information, wine glasses and even a wine opener
are perfectly provided.

As welcome desserts, Omegi Tteok Pie and
Jeju Tangerine Pie are prepared.
We enjoyed them right after checking in, lol.
There are two bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator.

The bathroom was also kept impeccably clean.
The sink and shower areas were separate,
making it super convenient even when multiple people were using it at the same time.
Overall, everything was spotless,
which meant it was a perfect, worry-free place to stay
for a Jeju trip with my parents.

But the absolute best part? The amazing whirlpool tub!
I filled it right up with warm water,
dissolved a bath bomb, and indulged in a relaxing half-body bath –
I swear all my travel fatigue just melted away!
Even my mom, after trying the bath,
couldn't stop raving about how wonderful it was.

Right in front of the resort, you'll discover an adorable outdoor garden.
With rocking chairs, swings, and benches scattered throughout,
it's the perfect spot to simply sit back and relax for a bit.
It might not be flashy,
but it exudes a tranquil charm, offering a peaceful respite
where you can slow down and truly unwind during your travels.
It's wonderful for capturing some beautiful photos while you rest,
and my mom absolutely adored her strolls through the garden.

For dinner, we grabbed some delicious takeout from a popular pizza spot
conveniently located near the resort and enjoyed it in the comfort of our room.
While heading out to find the pizza place,
I noticed there were actually quite a few fantastic restaurants and popular eateries
right around Y Resort, which was a huge plus since we didn't have to travel far at all!

After a satisfying dinner,
I grabbed a take-out coffee from the machine by the breakfast restaurant entrance on the first floor
and enjoyed a leisurely stroll through the resort's front garden.

Y Resort truly shined with its subtle lighting, creating an incredibly beautiful night view.
That quiet time spent walking in the evening air
felt absolutely blissful.
🏡 Y Resort Breakfast: Value Accommodation in Seogwipo

After a truly restful night at this comfortable, value-for-money resort in Seogwipo,
I headed down for a delightful breakfast the next morning.
Y Resort's breakfast is served in the first-floor restaurant,
available from 8 AM to 10 AM.

This place already had a great reputation for its value-for-money resort breakfast, receiving rave reviews,
so I was really looking forward to it!
While the breakfast menu might not be as extensive as a 5-star hotel,
it definitely has all the essential dishes you'd need.
Considering the price point,
I truly felt it offered "more than enough satisfaction."

The breakfast at Y Resort includes dishes like
porridge, toast, soup, cereal, boiled eggs, sausages,
a simple salad, yogurt, coffee, and fruit.
It's truly a perfect, light spread for a morning meal.
With a bit of porridge, rice, and side dishes available,
it's a breakfast that even parents would find satisfying,
making it a truly great value resort breakfast.
Even though the variety wasn't huge, I enjoyed each dish so much that...
...I ended up super full! Haha.

We arrived almost right at breakfast opening time,
and there were already so many early birds!
Luckily, we managed to snag a window seat,
so we got to enjoy the refreshing view right from the morning,
and our breakfast time was truly delightful.
After enjoying a delicious and hearty breakfast,
we kicked off our plans for the next day.

I now understand why the acquaintance who recommended Y Resort to us
always chooses this place as their accommodation
for their Jeju trips.
Considering the ocean view, included breakfast, and excellent room condition,
Y Resort is truly a value-for-money accommodation in Seogwipo
that I would highly, highly recommend!
