Jeju The Terrace View Review 2026: Airport & Downtown Stay

For the first or last day of your Jeju trip,

most people tend to book accommodation near the airport.

If you're finding hotel prices pricier than expected,

debating whether to settle for a cheaper motel,

or looking for a **value-for-money stay with a kitchen and washing machine**,

I highly recommend Jeju The Terrace View, available for around the ~$36 range on weekends.

**Everyone in my group was completely satisfied,**

**and I honestly wanted to pat myself on the back for finding such a gem!**

It was absolutely perfect!

01 Conveniently Located Near Jeju Airport & City Center

Jeju The Terrace View

is just a **10-minute drive from the airport**

and a **5-minute walk to the city center**.

With **restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, pharmacies, and gift shops** all within walking distance,

it's incredibly convenient.

I even thought it would be perfect for a business trip or a month-long stay in Jeju!

Since it's an officetel (studio apartment) style building,

you can self check-in and check-out

at the kiosk in the building lobby.

**Make sure to use The Terrace View kiosk in the lobby.**

There's also a Hillstate Jeju kiosk in the same building,

so it's easy to get confused!

There are separate elevators for even and odd-numbered floors,

but it can feel a bit slow or crowded since many people use them.

+ Pro Tip!

If you follow a delivery driver to the service elevator lobby,

you can use it quickly without waiting!

02 Review: Jeju The Terrace View Superior City View Room

I booked a Superior City View room for two.

Since two families were traveling together, we booked two rooms,

and they thoughtfully assigned us connecting rooms. Such great service! 👏

It's a 1.5-room layout, and right by the entrance,

I was able to open up two suitcases and organize our luggage

without any inconvenience at all.

The **bedroom is separated by a sliding door**.

You can keep it open for a spacious feel,

and close it when cooking to prevent odors from spreading – it's brilliant.

The interior is **spotlessly clean** throughout, no signs of wear and tear!

The **queen-sized bed** linens were plush and soft,

and completely odorless.

**Wi-Fi, TV, and OTT streaming** all worked perfectly without any lag,

which was a huge plus for someone impatient like me!

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, cooking utensils, and an electric hob.

Before bed, I ordered some delivery food and even cooked myself some ramen.

This place, Idosijang Fried Chicken, is seriously delicious.

You can order through Baedal Minjok (a popular delivery app)!

Go ahead and save this before you forget!

You'll also find a washing machine, detergent, and fabric softener available.

It's super convenient to run a load right after a trip to the beach or on a day you've worked up a sweat!

If you have a lot of laundry or need a dryer,

you can simply head down to the coin laundry room on the 1st floor.

In the bathroom, you'll find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand sanitizer,

along with a powerful hairdryer for your convenience.

Just a heads up, toothpaste, toner, and lotion aren't provided, so do remember to pack your own.

As I usually bring my entire stash with me, it wasn't an inconvenience for me at all!

You can also rent a foot bath set for ~$7.

I only found out about it after 9 PM, so I didn't get to experience it,

but imagine how incredibly refreshing it would feel to soak your feet with that city view after a full day of exploring!

03 Pros and Cons: Rental SUVs Not Allowed

The Terrace View building has

mechanical parking, which means SUVs and large sedans cannot be accommodated.

Even compact cars like the Kia Ray aren't allowed, so please keep that in mind when planning!

If you're driving a standard sedan, you can park it on the building's basement level 1

absolutely free of charge.

For cars that can't use the mechanical parking system,

you'll need to find a spot in a nearby public parking lot or on a side street.

However, nearby public parking lots cost ~$15 per day, which felt a bit pricey! ㅠㅠ

So, absolutely make sure to confirm your car type when you're booking your rental!

I personally rented a Seltos,

and was fortunate enough to find street parking, saving me any additional costs.
