Suksungdo Jeju: Best Black Pork Near Jeju Airport (2026)
Landed in Jeju? Don't miss Suksungdo, the top spot for succulent black pork near the airport. Learn why it's a local favorite and how to avoid long waits!
Every time I visit Jeju Island, there's one place I absolutely have to go: Suksungdo!
Why do I keep coming back to Suksungdo, you ask?! Let me tell you, it's simple:
First off, it's incredibly delicious. I honestly haven't found anywhere else that can match its flavor.
While 'Jeju Gojip' near the airport is also tasty, Suksungdo's meat is noticeably more tender and bursts with juicy flavor.

Look for the distinctive green tiled exterior, and you'll know you've found the right Suksungdo!
You'll see the meat undergoing a special low-temperature aging process in water when you walk in.

And ever since that recommendation, I've been hooked! Seriously, it's become a staple.
Here's where to find it:
📍 Suksungdo Nohyeong Main Branch
41 Wonno-hyeong-ro, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea (1st Floor)
<Operating Hours>
Daily 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Break time 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM)
As soon as you enter, you'll spot the Tableing waiting list screen.

Unlike before, you can now reserve your spot using the Tableing app before you even arrive. If you don't, especially during dinner rush, you'll be waiting a long time. So, as soon as you land at Jeju Airport, make your reservation on the Tableing app!
Pro Tip!!!
Book ahead with the Tableing app!!!!
Seriously, this is crucial!

Taste the perfectly aged meat! This is the real deal, folks! I give it five stars! Remember this place!

Here's a look at the menu. Honestly, the pork neck (moksal) is my absolute favorite. My friends agree it's the best too.
While their bone-in ribeye (pyeodeungsim) is famous, the pork neck is what you'll keep ordering. It has a beef-like richness and melts right in your mouth.
You absolutely won't regret it! So, trust me and just start with two servings of pork neck. You'll thank me later!

And here they are: the bone-in ribeye and pork neck. A huge plus here is that the staff grill the meat for you!

They grill it to perfection, ensuring every bite is as delicious as possible. It's so good! My stomach is rumbling just thinking about it!

This is genuinely amazing, and I hope everyone gets to experience the incredible taste of Suksungdo!

One of the best things about Suksungdo is the wide variety of sauces and condiments available. They seem to have the most options compared to other places.
I've tried Jeju Gojip and Jeju Childonga, but Suksungdo was by far the most delicious.

The bone-in ribeye looks similar to pork belly. But for me, I prefer the pork neck! I like cuts with less fat. Of course, the bone-in ribeye is good too, but the pork neck is just superior.

You'll find an array of accompaniments like bracken fern, perilla leaves, pickled onions, salted pollack roe, jeotgal (fermented anchovy sauce), and a soy sauce with chili. There are so many options for dipping and wrapping!
This means you can enjoy a different flavor with every bite, making the experience even more delightful.

Seriously, this is a true gem! If you're looking for an amazing restaurant near Jeju Airport, you'd be missing out if you don't visit Suksungdo!
I'm craving it again right now. If only it were near my house, I'd be there every day!
ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

The staff also kindly explain the best ways to enjoy the meat, suggesting combinations with bracken, salted pollack roe, and wasabi. Every combination is simply divine!

Grilled meat is always a delight! ❤️
Oh, and a quick note! While Suksungdo has a branch at the airport and another in Jungmun, the airport location is truly the best! If you're going, make sure it's the Nohyeong Main Branch near the airport. Don't get them confused!
So go ahead, make a reservation with the Tableing app, and experience Suksungdo for yourself. Treat yourself to this amazing flavor!

That concludes my review of Suksungdo in Jeju!
