Anndol Oreum Secret Forest, located on Jeju’s East side, is a breathtaking destination where dense cedar and cypress trees create enchanting pathways. While it’s usually popular with tourists, rainy days often mean fewer crowds, making it an ideal time for photography!
With diverse photo zones featuring cypress trees, pastures, open fields, and swings, this spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves taking pictures during their Jeju trip. It’s a popular location not only for wedding photoshoots but also for family and pet-friendly sessions.
Songdang Mukkeunmoru
Address: 2793 Songdang-ri, Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si
(If you get confused upon arrival, search for 'Interforest' or 'Andore Cafe'; it's located in front of Andore Cafe)
Admission: Free (no entrance fee for this photo zone) / Pet-friendly
Hours: Always open

This East Jeju spot is perfect to visit in conjunction with Anndol Oreum Secret Forest and Andore (or Interforest) Cafe. Simply standing between the natural tree frames here can lead to some truly unforgettable photos. It's a renowned wedding photoshoot location and an Instagram hotspot on Jeju's East side. Since it can get crowded on weekend afternoons, an morning visit is highly recommended.
Saryeoni Forest Path
Address: San137-1 Gyorae-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do (Halla Mountain Dullegil Section 7) / Namjoro Saryeoni Forest Path (towards Bulgeun Oreum)
Admission: Free / No Pets Allowed
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Saryeoni Forest Path is one of Jeju's 31 hidden scenic wonders, a roughly 9-mile (15 km) trail through lush cedar and cypress trees, starting from Bijarim-ro and passing through Mulchat Oreum and Saryeoni Oreum. It's truly a healing forest path on Jeju.
On a rainy day, Saryeoni Forest Path deepens with richer green hues and a profound earthy scent, enhancing the forest's tranquility. In humid, misty weather, you can experience a mystical atmosphere, feeling like you're walking through a magical Jeju forest. The barrier-free path is also perfect for strollers and wheelchairs, making it an excellent rainy day destination on the East side for families with young children or elderly parents!
The only downside to Saryeoni Forest Path is that pets are not allowed.
Seongeup Green Tea Cave
Address: 4772 Jungsangandong-ro, Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do (Seongeup-ri 2197-11)
(Park at the 'Oneul-eun Nokcha Hanchan' Cafe parking lot and walk for about 10 minutes)
Admission: Free / No Pets Allowed
Hours: Always open, but visiting during 'Oneul-eun Nokcha Hanchan' Cafe operating hours is recommended.

The Green Tea Cave photo zone in Seongeup Green Tea Village requires you to park at the 'Oneul-eun Nokcha Hanchan' Cafe and walk through a beautiful green tea field. With its vibrant green tea fields and a natural rock frame, it has become famous as a dreamy spot for photography.
The inside of the cave can be damp and slippery, so sneakers are recommended over heels! Also, Seongeup Green Tea Cave is not pet-friendly.
Cheonmi Stream
Address: Park at Blue Bottle Jeju Cafe parking lot
Great to combine with a visit to Blue Bottle Cafe.
Admission: Free / Pet-friendly

Jedong Ranch Entrance Intersection
Address: Jedong Ranch Entrance Intersection
Parking: Park carefully on the shoulder of the road, ensuring you don't obstruct traffic!
Important: Cars frequently pass by the ranch entrance, so be ready to move aside at any moment!
Pet-friendly

Jedong Ranch Entrance Intersection is, as the name suggests, an actual ranch entrance. This photo zone, where you can capture shots on the road framed by trees, exudes a quintessential Jeju vibe. It's popular not only for wedding photoshoots but also for couples looking to take pictures on a rainy day.
Since this is an active ranch entrance, cars frequently come and go. You must be prepared to move to the side at any moment during your photoshoot.
Many visitors come here hoping to capture stunning, once-in-a-lifetime photos on a rainy day in Jeju. However, getting a clear shot on the straight road without other people in the background can be challenging. Therefore, visiting on a weekday morning is even more highly recommended than for other locations!
Gasiri Forest Path
Address: 3174-3 Gasiri, Pyoseon-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do
(Navigate to 'Blaze Resort'. It's near Noksan-ro Canola Flower Road)
Parking: Park on the shoulder of the road, ensuring cars can still pass, then walk into the path.
Pet-friendly

Similar to Jedong Ranch Entrance Intersection, Gasiri Forest Path is a fantastic spot for moody photos on a rainy day. (The difference between the two is that Jedong Ranch Entrance is a straight road, while Gasiri Forest Path's photo zone is curved.)
It's also a popular spot for wedding photoshoots, so it's best to time your visit well and take your pictures quickly. This location pairs well with a visit to Noksan-ro Canola Flower Road and Tokkinamu Forest (Heart Tree).
