Cafe Ambiance
Nawasarn Cafe perfectly captures the cozy charm of East Jeju.
Surrounded by lush, abundant trees and situated on a slightly elevated terrain compared to the surrounding flatland, you'll feel a wonderfully refreshing breeze here.

Even on warmer days, sitting outdoors and enjoying the gentle breeze amidst nature was absolutely delightful.

Unlike crowded tourist spots, the quiet and serene atmosphere makes it an ideal place for couples to spend intimate time together.
It's also perfect for quiet contemplation, making it a great recommendation for solo travelers exploring Jeju Island!

Recommended Signature Menu Items
Even in Jeju, with its breathtaking scenery, the taste of the coffee and desserts is just as crucial, right?
On my family trip with my child, we tried the Gireumtteok, Mugwort Milk, and Tomato Granita. I initially wanted the Strawberry Latte, but it was sold out that day, so keep that in mind if you visit.

Gireumtteok (Sweet Fried Rice Cake)
They offer Gireumtteok, a traditional Jeju snack, which was delightfully chewy and sweet. It's a crowd-pleaser that everyone, regardless of age, will enjoy, so I highly recommend ordering it at Nawasarn. Just a heads-up: it might sell out towards closing time!
Mugwort Milk
This signature drink features rich, aromatic mugwort cream generously topped over milk. The bittersweet yet sweet mugwort cream paired perfectly with the smooth milk.
Tomato Granita
A refreshing frozen dessert made with 100% tomatoes. You can truly taste the fresh tomato, and it's incredibly cooling – highly recommended for a summer treat!

Is it Pet-Friendly?
At Nawasarn Cafe, pets are not allowed inside. Only the outdoor seating area is pet-friendly.
While this might make you wonder if it truly qualifies as a 'pet-friendly cafe,' I still wholeheartedly recommend it as one.

The outdoor yard is quite spacious and offers ample shade, so dogs won't feel cramped while relaxing. The atmosphere is quiet and uncrowded, which seemed to make the dogs feel comfortable too.
As a courtesy to other guests, keeping your dog on a leash and bringing waste bags are essential!

Why Does Nawasarn Feel So Cool, Even in Summer?
Perhaps because of its elevated location surrounded by numerous trees, the shaded areas felt surprisingly pleasant even during the height of summer!

The cafe's design, with its panoramic windows framing Jeju's lush green scenery, creates a wonderful ambiance even when sitting indoors. The outdoor tables also provided comfortable, long-lasting shade thanks to the surrounding trees.
With such a vibrant green backdrop, it's also a fantastic spot for couples to take beautiful photos!

Who We Recommend This Cafe For:
▶ Couples seeking a quiet cafe for a romantic date in Jeju
▶ Travelers looking for a cafe where they can truly experience Jeju's nature
▶ Families traveling to Jeju who want to spend relaxed time with their pets, even if only outdoors

Having opened in 2025, the cafe tends to get quite busy on weekends and during peak hours. However, if you visit on a weekday or at an off-peak time, it's a wonderfully quiet spot for a date.
We highly recommend combining it with a tour of East Jeju's oreums, such as Bijarim Forest or the Secret Forest, as part of your East Jeju travel itinerary.
