This JEJU trip aimed for

‘an itinerary comfortable for everyone’.

A child-centered, stress-free schedule,

No burden for parents or grandparents,

And most importantly, it was a day filled with smiles throughout the trip.

01. Shinhwa World Theme Park Admission: Buy in Advance, Manage Expectations

We stopped by casually since it was next to our accommodation,

but honestly, for toddlers, the rides and attractions are quite limited,

And since it's an outdoor-focused theme park,

the scorching heat really drained our energy.

I recommend booking your admission tickets in advance.

You can often buy them a bit cheaper than at the gate,

and it's so convenient to enter both the theme park and water park

without waiting.

02. Yongmeori Coast

Refreshing Air, A Perfect Spot for Family Photos

After traveling by car, the air felt noticeably cooler,

likely because we were so close to the ocean.

The Yongmeori Coast, with its stunning sea cliffs,

immediately greeted us with a refreshing burst of cool air the moment we arrived.

Our child woke up from a nap and enjoyed the walk,

and my parents also got to take a breather, enjoying the sea breeze.

03. Sanbangsan Land

Small but Plenty to Enjoy for Kids

(Features animal feeding, a Viking ride, and more)​

Sanbangsan Land might be small in scale,

but it was actually the perfect choice for families

with young children to explore.

We were drawn in by the excited cheers

of children echoing from afar,

and it turned out to be just perfect for about 30 minutes of fun.

✔️ Animal feeding, rail sledding, etc.

✔️ If you park at Yongmeori Coast,

it's recommended to explore with free admission.

04. Our Favorite Braised Cutlassfish Spot

A Meal That Delighted Every Generation

10:00~22:50 / No break time

Late in the afternoon, when everyone's stomachs were rumbling,

we stopped by a specialty whole cutlassfish restaurant near Sagye Beach,

<Sagye Bada Jeju Sanbang Branch>.

👵 My parents couldn't put their spoons down from the rich, savory broth,

👶 and the baby happily ate the baby food we brought, making for an easy meal.

💰 For a family of three, choosing a set menu costs

around ~$62-~$83.

While not overly expensive for a restaurant in a Jeju tourist area,

it's still a price that makes you ponder a little for one meal.

But to enjoy both braised and grilled cutlassfish at once, you've got to be prepared for this, right? Haha!

05. Sagye Bada 🌊 Coastal Road Stroll

After our meal, we felt it would be a shame to just leave,

so we took a short stroll along the coastal road in front of the restaurant.

The sky was dyed crimson, the waves were gentle,

and in the breeze, the fatigue of the day seemed to melt away.

The baby fell asleep in the stroller,

and my parents relaxed on a bench.

✔️ Just a 2-minute walk from the restaurant, no need to travel to another spot

✔️ A definite emotional boost around sunset!
