Jamsil: A Top Spot for a Hangang River Picnic

Jamsil Hangang Park is easily one of my top two favorite Hangang Parks in Seoul! ✨

I recently visited on a beautiful day, and I'm here to share the latest information for 2026 on everything from the **tent zone, picnic areas, and delivery zones to instant ramen, parking, and bicycle rentals!**

Jamsil Hangang Park Picnic Tent Zone: Location & Hours

The designated area for setting up tents and sunshades at Jamsil Hangang Park is right **next to Jamsil Hangang Park (잠실 한강공원) Parking Lot 1**!

Typically, tents at Jamsil Hangang Park are allowed from September to November, **from 9 AM to 7 PM**. However, *for 2026 only*, the hours have been **temporarily extended until 10 PM**! 👍

This means you can enjoy the cool evening breeze by the Hangang River! Be sure to visit on a day with good weather. (Remember, you must keep at least two sides of your tent open for ventilation).

Jamsil Hangang Park Convenience Store & Instant Ramen Machines

There are about three CU convenience stores in Jamsil Hangang Park, but the **most comfortable and cleanest spot to enjoy instant Hangang ramen is the CU Hangang Renaissance Jamsil (CU 한강르네상스잠실점)**! ✨

Besides ramen, you can easily purchase kimchi, eggs, dumplings, drinks, and many other snacks!

Even if the line is long, it moves quickly, so you'll usually be done with your purchase in about 3 minutes! 👏🏻

This location has **the most ramen machines**, so you can easily cook your meal without much waiting. Although Hangang ramen tends to get soggy and cool down quickly, this spot saves you travel time, which is a huge plus!

It's right next to the tent zone and Parking Lot 1, making it super convenient to grab your food quickly.

If you venture further inside, there are plenty of areas for picnic mats (without tents)!

While these spots are fine if you're not pitching a tent, getting ramen might be a bit inconvenient. 😟

With convenience stores and restaurants located near the dock, it can take a fair bit of time to walk back to your mat, causing your food to get cold. 😂

If **Hangang ramen is your main goal**, then **CU Hangang Renaissance Jamsil (CU 한강르네상스잠실점) next to Parking Lot 1** is definitely the most convenient choice!

Jamsil Hangang Park Food Delivery Zone: Location & Parking Lot 2

The designated food delivery zone at Jamsil Hangang Park is **Jamsil Nadeulmok (잠실나들목)**!

It can be a bit inconvenient as Jamsil Hangang Park only has one designated area for receiving food deliveries. 😟

When ordering, you'll need to set your destination as **"Jamsil Hangang Park Delivery Zone" or "Jamsil Nadeulmok Entrance."**

Jamsil Nadeulmok is located next to Jamsil Hangang Park Parking Lot 2, which is a bit of a distance from the main tent zone.

If you're planning to **order delivery, it's best to set up your picnic mat near Parking Lot 2**! 😉

Jamsil Hangang Park Bicycle Rental: Prices, Hours & Location

While it's ideal to bring your own Ttareungi (Seoul's public bike-sharing service) or personal bicycle, if you can't, Jamsil Hangang Park has a convenient **bicycle rental station**!

The rental prices at Jamsil Hangang Park are **₩3,300 (~$2) for a single bike and ₩6,600 (~$5) for a tandem bike**! ✨

Payment is made on-site by card, and if you exceed your rental time, you'll need to pay an additional charge.

The Jamsil Hangang Park bicycle rental station is located between Sagak Sagak Place and CU Jamsil Dock, right in the middle!

They have many bikes, both single and tandem, and they are generally well-maintained, so you can enjoy a **clean and comfortable ride**! 😊

For reference, the distance from the Jamsil Hangang Park bicycle rental station to CU Hangang Renaissance Jamsil is approximately 10-15 minutes by bike.

After enjoying some ramen and delivered food at Jamsil Hangang Park, I took a bike ride to help with digestion. It was perfect! 😂

The bike paths are excellent, and the scenery is beautiful, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the current weather. 😍
