Inner Signal Lounge Bangbae Review: Free Skin Analysis & Care

After seeing an advertisement offering free skin diagnosis and care,

I found myself visiting Bangbae Skin Care,

Inner Signal Lounge.

It's just a 5-minute walk from Bangbae Station,

and you can even book for Saturdays via Naver Reservation,

making it super convenient to visit without any hassle.

(Closed Sundays and Mondays)

After an hour that included everything from product explanations

to a full skin diagnosis and care session,

I'm excited to share my honest review with you!

First off, Inner Signal is a brand operated by

Otsuka Pharmaceutical in Japan.

It hasn't been long since its launch in Korea,

which might be why they're running this fantastic

premium lounge.

Apparently, it's a brand with quite a long history in Japan,

which is pretty cool!

If you enter through the left entrance of the building,

you'll find the luxurious lounge awaiting you.

My Experience Review

It wasn't just a simple waiting area;

it was as comfortable and pleasant as any chic cafe, which I absolutely loved!

After confirming my reservation at the reception desk and being warmly guided to my seat,

I filled out a simple pre-survey.

They even offered me a comforting cup of warm tea!

It was a simple survey about my usual skin concerns and current skincare routines.

After completing the survey and waiting just a moment,

I was then guided to the main experience area – the real fun was about to begin!

First, I could store my personal belongings in a locker.

Since the experience focuses solely on facial care,

there was no need to change into different clothing,

which made it super convenient.

The experience proceeds in this order:

1. Watching the Brand Video

First things first,

we started by watching

an Inner Signal brand video.

It was an introduction to an ingredient called AMP.

It was fascinating because it's said to boost your

skin's natural restorative power from within.

2. Skin Analysis

Next, we moved to the main

experience zone, where I could do a

self-cleansing using

Inner Signal's cleansing products.

After self-cleansing,

my skin was analyzed with a professional device.

Then, the consultation began as I applied

Inner Signal's First Essence.

3. Skin Diagnosis & Counseling

My skin diagnosis result

was 60 points compared to my peers.

My elasticity and skin tone were fine,

but oh, those laugh lines and pores... ㅠㅠ

Our skin has the epidermis and dermis,

and the AMP ingredient is a functional component that particularly

acts on the dermis,

delivering nourishment from within!

After receiving consultation on my skin condition

and current skincare routine,

I got to experience 9 steps of Inner Signal products.

That included cleansing oil, facial soap,

essence, mask, lotion, milk,

eye cream, nourishing cream,

and even sunscreen/makeup base!

4. Product Experience

The space where I received the treatment

was incredibly pleasant and had a comfortable interior,

just like a high-end skincare salon.

I was in the leftmost seat!

The recliner was so plush, and they even brought me a blanket,

so I could enjoy the treatment comfortably.

The treatment lasted for about 20 minutes.

Even though it was a short time,

they even included a mask pack and galvanic care!

5. Powder Room

After the treatment was all finished,

I was guided to the powder room.

And get this – the powder room even came equipped with a

Dyson hairdryer!

6. Relaxation Area

After getting my hair ready,

a personalized consultation session was waiting for me.

There were three types of tea to choose from,

and I picked **warm peppermint tea**.

They also gave me a small snack,

which was surprisingly delicious.

After receiving my complimentary gift,

I learned all about their subscription service.

If you sign up for the subscription,

you get a skincare treatment just like the one I received today,

**once a month for free**, along with guidance on how to use products

tailored to your skin and personalized consulting.

The subscription involved signing up for their flagship product,

an **essence**. It's normally ~$62 a month,

but if you paid on the same day, it was ~$40

and you'd also get a full-sized **milk lotion as an extra gift**...!

Although tempted, I politely explained that I already use

Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum, which I love,

and would **decide after trying out** the samples I received.

The staff were all very kind, and while there's

**a bit of a sales pitch** since it's a free trial event,

it was a really **comfortable atmosphere** where you don't feel pressured

to buy products or subscribe. :)

It was great to properly experience a new brand after a long time.
