How to Reserve & Waiting Tips
Brothers' Specialty Cuts Yeonnam Branch can accommodate up to 80 people,
making it perfect for company dinners or gatherings.
There's usually a wait during peak dinner hours,
so I highly recommend using Naver Reservations in advance to secure your spot!
Around 9 PM on a Friday night, there were only about 2 teams ahead of us,
and we were able to get in within 10 minutes.
There are also waiting seats provided outside.

Exterior / Interior
It's conveniently located close to Gyeongui Line Forest Park (Yeon-tral Park),
making it easily accessible.
The restaurant's name is boldly displayed on the first floor, so it's super easy to find.

They personally select and prepare top-quality meat every day,
and you can even see it from outside, which gives you confidence in what you're about to enjoy.

The interior spans both the first and second floors,
primarily featuring round tables.
It's clean and perfectly suited for lively company dinners or group gatherings.

Menu & What We Ordered
The signature dish at Brothers' Specialty Cuts Yeonnam Branch is the 'Pork Platter' (Doeji Hanpan),
which allows you to enjoy four amazing cuts—gabeurisal, hangjeongsal, galmaegisal, and kkodeulsal (chewy pork neck)—
all at once!

Our Order
·Pork Platter ~$38 * 1
·Charcoal-grilled King Galbi (ribs) ~$13 * 1
·Cold Noodles (Mul Naengmyeon) ~$4 * 1
·Soju/Beer ~$4 * n
Our Experience
As soon as you sit down, the basic settings are already prepared for you.
The complimentary side dishes (banchan) include:
stir-fried kimchi, pickled chili peppers, corn salad, shredded radish, wasabi, salt,
ssamjang (dipping sauce), spicy green onion salad, and seasoned lettuce—a diverse and delicious spread.
It's truly a fantastic combination that perfectly complements the meat.

Behold, the Pork Platter arrives!

Once the grill is hot on your table, you can even cook the stir-fried kimchi right alongside your meat!
It adds an incredible flavor dimension.
And honestly, grilled mushrooms and meat together? Pure perfection!

And of course, when you're having BBQ, you absolutely cannot miss the Mul Naengmyeon (cold noodles)!
I always love ordering Mul Naengmyeon at Korean BBQ restaurants.
Anyone else know the magic of Mul Naengmyeon paired with soju?!

One bite of the plump 'galmaegisal' (pork skirt meat)
The moment you chew, the rich juices burst forth, making it incredibly tender and flavorful.

From 'gabrisal' (pork cheek meat) to 'hangjeongsal' (pork jowl) and 'kkodeulsal' (crunchy pork neck meat),
Each cut has a unique texture and flavor, so you'll never get tired of it!

When things get a bit rich, topping it with some gochujang-ajji (pickled chili peppers)
will cleanse your palate perfectly.

And the charcoal-grilled mushrooms? They were delicious, of course!

The charcoal-grilled 'wang-galbi' (king ribs) that everyone at nearby tables was ordering – we just had to try it!
It's huge and generous in portion, so I highly recommend it.

A universally loved flavor with its sweet and savory marinade!

If you participate in the review event, you can get 'doeji-kkeopdegi' (pork rind) as a free service,
so make sure to grab it!

After grilling it golden brown on both sides, dip it in soybean powder –
it's chewy and savory, absolutely perfect as a finishing touch.
