Its clean yet distinctly 'authentic izakaya' vibe naturally draws your eye as you pass by.
Even passersby often comment, “This place has such a great atmosphere,” glancing inside.
That’s how captivating its exterior is!
We visited on a Monday night, expecting it to be quiet, but it was absolutely packed!
It just goes to show how popular this spot is.
Upon entering, they asked if we had a reservation, which suggests they have quite a few booked tables!
👉 We highly recommend making a reservation in advance!
We really wanted to try the sashimi, but it was sadly sold out. Such a shame!
So, we ordered two draft beers, Mozzirelladofu, Hinoya's Recommended 5-Skewer Set, and Yakigyoza!
One sip of beer, and we knew this place was a winner!🍺
When our draft beers arrived, we were immediately amazed by the fluffy foam on top – we even had to gently touch it!
And then we took a sip... what was this foam?
It was incredibly smooth and clean, making each swallow a delight.
We kept exclaiming how good it was :) It’s been a long time since a beer left such a memorable impression!
After one bite of the beef tenderloin skewer, all three of us paused simultaneously!
We ordered Hinoya's Recommended 5-Skewer Set, and let me tell you,
👉 the beef tenderloin skewer is an absolute must-order.
The moment it hit our tongues, it melted so smoothly that we all reacted at once, saying, “What is this?!”👍
Mozzirelladofu? You'd be missing out if you don't try this!
It was our first time trying it, and it felt like a blend of cream cheese and tofu, but with a texture almost like pudding…
It was so sweet and savory that we couldn't stop ourselves from scooping up more!
👉 Personally, I think it would be incredible with wine 🍷.
Even after the Yakigyoza, we kept wanting more!
The portions were generous enough to fill up all three of us.
Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside – a testament to their solid culinary skills!
We were impressed again by the thoughtful attention to the restrooms!
Often, izakayas have less-than-ideal restrooms, but here, they’re conveniently located inside the restaurant and very clean!
They even provide feminine products and fabric freshener, which shows incredible thoughtfulness.🥹
It’s a small detail, but it made us feel so much more comfortable as guests.
