Bringing a mat is a smart move,

you can set it up around the water play area,

giving the kids a spot to come and go,

Aqua shoes aren't strictly necessary,

but last year, I found myself stepping on various things around the area.

Crocs or aqua shoes are definitely recommended.

Please note: Aqua shoes are NOT allowed inside the pool itself.

Even though life jackets are provided for free on-site,

there might not be enough sizes to perfectly fit every child.

So, if your child has a personal life jacket they use often and fits them well, it's definitely more comfortable to bring it along.

Tubes and water toys

Plus, kids' absolute favorite,

While there are temporary shower facilities, they don't provide warm water,

so think of them as a way to simply rinse off any water or debris from your body.

After a quick rinse on-site,

it's best to head home for a proper shower.
