During the event period, a truly impressive number of people visited.

Even though the exhibition has ended,

the roses are still in magnificent full bloom,

making it the perfect time to visit.

As of my visit (June 6, 2025),

some flowers were slightly fading,

but there were also rosebuds still waiting to open in places,

so it seems like they will be enjoyable until mid-June.

(Please note, this can be flexible depending on the temperature!)

In the rose garden, approximately 50 varieties of roses are vibrantly planted,

including red, yellow, and pink roses,

and I even spotted some rare varieties I'd never seen before.

Every single color was simply a work of art!

They photographed so vividly, I almost felt like I had to dial down the saturation in my pictures;;

Daecheong Lake Natural Waterfront Park boasts well-maintained walking paths

and comfortable rest areas,

making it ideal for families with children

to enjoy a stroll together.

Daecheongho Lake Waterfront Natural Park features an accessible path,

allowing those using wheelchairs or strollers to walk comfortably.

With its wide width and flat surface, it's perfect for everyone, young and old,

to stroll along the rose path.

What's more, in the Rose Garden, there's a spacious lawn,

making it perfect for kids to run around and play.

Throughout the park, you'll find gazebos

and benches, perfect for a leisurely break.

They've even placed beautiful potted flowers on the benches,

which I found absolutely charming.

The whole time I was sitting there, the scent of roses wafting past my nose was simply delightful.

Throughout the Rose Garden, you'll find various photo zones,

perfect for anyone to capture some incredible, once-in-a-lifetime shots.

When it comes to the ultimate Instagrammable spot,

this is it!

As expected from such a popular spot, many people were waiting in line to take photos.

In the Rose Garden, miniature landmarks of Daejeon's representative tourist attractions:

the Daejeon Sky Park Windmill and

the Sangsodong Forest Park Stone Tower

were on display.

Going beyond a simple flower exhibition,

it also showcased Daejeon's identity and beauty.

At the Rose Exhibition Hall,

Daejeon's iconic characters,

the Kkumdoli family, also came to visit!

The adorable Kkumdoli photo zones

are a popular spot that both adults and children will love!

made this rose exhibition seem even richer and more vibrant!

On the day I visited, it was quite a hot day, with temperatures soaring up to 30 degrees Celsius.

Despite that,

the wonderful staff were constantly spraying water

to keep the flowers from wilting.

Thanks to their dedication, I was able to enjoy vibrant, fresh roses!

I dropped by around lunchtime on a weekend, and to my surprise, it wasn't overly crowded!

This meant I could explore at a wonderfully relaxed pace.

Perhaps the rather warm weather kept some crowds away.

With the sunshine quite strong,

many chose to relax in the cool shade or under the lovely gazebos.

Families visiting with their parents were the most common sight,

and it's clearly a popular spot for romantic dates too!

Beyond just roses, this garden also features

various seasonal blooms alongside the stunning roses,

creating an even more vibrant and diverse tapestry of colors to enjoy!

As I strolled along the flower-lined paths, vibrant blossoms in every hue blended harmoniously,

creating a truly delightful feast for the eyes!

What's more, you'll find charming sculptural flowers dotted throughout,

ensuring a consistently bright and cheerful atmosphere, with no wilting blooms in sight!

The blend of real flowers and these artful sculptures

But this wonderful place isn't just about the rose garden;

it also features a serene lake,

making it an absolutely perfect spot for a tranquil stroll.

Lush green trees meet the calm lake,

and the quaint sailboat drifting atop it

creates a truly picturesque scene straight out of a painting.

While June offers this refreshing lushness, you can enjoy its verdant splendor,

springtime brings captivating cherry blossoms,

and autumn paints the landscape with stunning fall foliage and shimmering silver grass.

This makes it a fantastic destination to visit all year round!

During my visit, I noticed lotus flowers

beginning to unfurl in the pond.

I imagine they'll be in full, glorious bloom by next week!

And those lush green walking paths? Absolutely enchanting, wouldn't you agree?
