It was seriously so, so, so good

that I'm definitely staying at Haevichi again on my next trip to Jeju.

The bedroom is separate, there's a separate living room,

and the kitchen is perfect for washing baby bottles and utensils.

It has both a swimming pool and a sauna,

and the breakfast buffet is perfect to enjoy with a baby!

Haevichi Resort is located in Seogwipo,

and it takes about 1 hour by car from Jeju Airport.

It's the perfect distance to enjoy a scenic drive

after picking up your rental car.

The baby did so well without crying the whole way 🤍

5-minute walk to Pyoseon Beach

Pyoseon Beach stretches out right in front.

An ocean view so gorgeous, you won't even miss traveling abroad 🥹

Going to the beach with a baby requires packing so much stuff,

but since it's right in front, you can just walk over!

It's great for morning and evening beach strolls with the little one,

and so easy to head out right after their nap,

so you don't have to plan a tight schedule.

Seongsan Ilchulbong: Just 30 Minutes Away!

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is just a quick 30-minute drive away!

It took us about 25 minutes to get to the canola flower fields.

The location is absolutely perfect if you're planning to visit Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak or Udo Island.

2. Rooms with Separate Living Spaces

Haevichi operates as both a hotel and a resort,

featuring separate hotel and resort wings.

If you stay in a standard hotel room, even if the baby goes to bed early,

you can't really "off-duty" and relax in the dark, right...?

Tuck the little one into the inner room early,

and take turns melting away your fatigue at the sauna...

Now this is what I call a real vacation... pure healing...★

Plus, having two bathrooms means no morning rush,

and no panic if someone needs to go while the baby is taking a bath.

Bed guards available for installation

Since my baby was only just starting to roll over back then,

I requested bed guards for our stay. But keep in mind,

there are also Ondol (traditional floor heating) room options for the suites,

so choose what works best for you!

You can rent baby essentials like a UPang UV baby bottle sterilizer, dehumidifier, baby bathtub,

strollers, baby cribs, and more.

Also, even though it's located in Seogwipo, it leans towards the east side,

which means you get front-row seats to the gorgeous sunrise! 🤍

Since it's an ocean-view room, you can enjoy the sunrise

lying in bed or sipping a warm cup of coffee out on the terrace.

Honestly... the view was nothing short of breathtaking.

However,

the suites are a bit on the pricey side... 🥲

3. The Breakfast Buffet

The highlight of any staycation is definitely breakfast.

Instead of just filling up space with endless average dishes,

every single item was of the highest quality.

It was also incredibly baby-friendly!

Usually, hotels only have one type of high chair, right?

But Haevichi actually had two different types depending on the baby's stage!

Since I visited with my 5-month-old, I used the smaller high chair

and was able to enjoy my breakfast in peace :)

From steaks and meats to bakery, desserts,

and even freshly brewed barista coffee!

4. Swimming Pool & Sauna

Isn't the pool view absolutely stunning?!

Honestly, it was better than Okinawa...

Since I went with my 5-month-old baby,

I was a bit worried about the wind, so we stayed in the heated indoor pool.

The indoor pool features a warm heated pool open year-round,

and a shallow kids' pool perfect for little ones to splash around in.

It was my baby's very first swim, and watching those tiny legs kick

was just too cute for words 🤍

And guess what? He slept for 10 straight hours after swimming that day! Hahaha

Also, the ultimate reason you must visit Haevichi is...

The Sauna!!!

Seriously, the sauna is mind-blowing.

It is SO, SO, SO good.

Because of privacy, I couldn't take photos inside,

With hot tubs, warm tubs, cold plunge pools, and both wet and dry saunas,

even an hour isn't enough to fully enjoy it all.

If there's one downside, it's that there is an extra fee?

I got a special deal on a package that included sauna access,

so I enjoyed it for free,

but it is a bit pricey if you pay out of pocket.

It's ~$10 per adult.

Booking the package with sauna access is an absolute must.

Agoda was the only platform
