Five Guys Seoul Station: Review, Location, Menu & Tips
Craving a classic American burger in Seoul? Check out our fresh review of Five Guys at Seoul Station, covering its easy-to-find spot, menu highlights, and parking info.

Since first arriving in Korea in 2023, Five Guys has become quite a common sight recently!
I actually remember doing an 'open run' when the Gangnam branch first opened in 2023 and getting to try it then.
After a while, I got to visit Five Guys Seoul Station, so I'm sharing my review and some useful tips!
Five Guys Seoul Station: Location & Parking

Five Guys Seoul Station is located on the 1st floor of Seoul Station Connect Place (right in front of you when you exit the train station).
If you're coming from the subway station, take Exit 1 and ride the escalator up. You'll see ZARA, and Five Guys is to the right of ZARA!

When you first enter, the entrance splits into two directions.
Head left for the ordering/waiting line.

I visited around 12:30 PM, and the waiting line wasn't too long. Your turn will come quickly as you browse the menu!

There's also an event where you get stickers if you follow Five Guys on Instagram.

Unfortunately, parking support is not available.

Five Guys is famous for its recipe that uses peanut oil for frying,
which is why they offer a self-service station inside the store where you can grab as many roasted peanuts as you like!

The charm is that you can snack on them as an appetizer while waiting in the ordering line. It can be a little bit of a hassle to crack them open, but they're seasoned perfectly and absolutely delicious.
Just a heads-up: the peanuts are for in-store consumption only and cannot be taken outside!
Five Guys Menu Recommendations

Five Guys' menu is quite simple,
and just like Subway, you choose your main item and then customize it with free toppings.
For burgers, there are a total of 4 menu options!
The nutritional information is also detailed by ingredient, which is great for reference!

And there are also 4 'Little Burgers' that correspond to these,
The difference between a regular burger and a Little Burger is the number of patties and the price!
The price difference is about ~$2-$3,
with regular burgers having two beef patties and Little Burgers having one.
However, the burgers are quite substantial in size, so unless you're extremely hungry, a Little Burger is usually enough for women!

You can freely choose from 15 free toppings. I'm not a big fan of excessive sauces, so I usually skip most of them and order like this.

Five Guys is also famous for its serious dedication to fries,
so much so that the origin of their potatoes is even displayed on the wall!
Today's potatoes are from Washington State, USA.
I've been to Five Guys about three times now,
Their fries, cooked in peanut oil, are crispy and have a great potato texture, making them super tasty, but the portion size is just massive! 😅
The first time I went, there were four of us, and since the burgers are quite substantial, we couldn't even finish the smallest "Little" size.
And the milkshakes? They're a bit too sweet for my taste. So, I don't really bother with them anymore! If you have a sweet tooth for drinks, you might want to give it a try, but I personally skip it now!

So, on this particular day, I visited solo and kept it simple with just a burger and some peanuts.
After you've placed your order, you just wait in the pickup zone. However, Five Guys locations can get pretty busy, so I'd recommend finding a seat beforehand!

When I visited, it was right at lunchtime, so it was completely full. I had to wait a little bit before snagging a table.

At the self-serve bar, you can grab extra Heinz ketchup, salt, and pepper. Plus, forks, knives, and wet wipes are all available.

If you order a soft drink (~$3), you get unlimited refills! I'm not a huge fan of carbonated drinks, so I actually skipped the beverage entirely!

After waiting in line for about 10 minutes...

I finally got my hands on a Little Cheeseburger!
Even when you dine in, they serve it up in this rustic paper bag, just like a takeout order. It's part of that unique Five Guys charm!

Inside, you'll find a napkin and your burger, wrapped in foil.
One thing that might surprise you is that if you order fries, they're also packed right there in the same bag! So, the way to eat them is to simply tear open the bag and dig in.

The burger size is roughly comparable to a Burger King Whopper. As you can see, the patty is nice and thick, so even just one is perfectly satisfying.

Just to check if all my ordered toppings were there (?)
I gently peeked inside the bun before taking a bite.

The Little Cheeseburger I ordered comes with
a base of one Australian beef patty + cheese.
Among the extra toppings, lettuce, pickles, and onions were placed on top of the patty,
while grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, bell peppers, relish, and jalapeños were nestled beneath the patty.
I chose only mustard for my sauce, and it was generously spread evenly on both buns!

First off, the beef patty is incredibly juicy and delicious, and there's a generous amount of fresh vegetables, giving it a fantastic texture, almost like a gourmet craft burger.
The moment you take a bite, the combination of fresh veggies, patty, and cheese just makes your mouth happy. 😌
When I first came, I tried the most expensive Little Bacon Cheeseburger, but the bacon was a bit salty, so the Little Cheeseburger turned out to be just perfect for me.
And don't forget to crack open those peanuts one by one and enjoy them alongside your meal!

On my way out, I noticed there were baby chairs near the exit, so quite a few families with young children were enjoying their meals.
I've visited three Five Guys locations so far – Gangnam, Yongsan, and Seoul Station – and I honestly felt almost no difference in taste or service across them. 😉
Five Guys still draws a crowd, but thankfully, the waiting lines aren't as crazy long as they used to be.
Especially the Seoul Station branch has a relatively fast turnover, so even if it's full, seats open up quicker than you'd expect, so if you're looking to try Five Guys, the Seoul Station branch might be a great place to give it a go!
