This hidden gem is conveniently located right in front of the Yeonnam-dong Community Center, just about a 10-minute walk (roughly 0.5 miles) from Hongik University Station Exit 3. It's perfectly situated away from the bustling main streets of Yeon-tral Park, offering a much more relaxed and peaceful vibe in a quiet Yeonnam alley. Just a heads up, there's no dedicated parking, so you'll need to use a public parking lot nearby.

From the romantic terrace seating to the trendy, almost 'glamping' style outdoor spots, I was immediately drawn to the cafe's stylish atmosphere. On the day we visited, it was a bit cloudy and looked like rain, so we opted for indoor seating. But on a beautiful day, like many we've had recently in late 2026, those outdoor spots would be absolutely perfect! 😌

One minor surprise was the restroom location! It's not inside the cafe itself but rather in a separate building accessible by walking outside around the corner. It took a moment to find it initially, but rest assured, the restroom facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Overall, Fip Espresso Bar is a Yeonnam cafe I'd highly recommend. Its charming atmosphere and diverse menu make me eager to return and try more of their offerings. The **Granita** especially, a treat not easily found in Korea, has left a lasting impression, and I'm already planning my next visit to sample other flavors!
