This year, the Yuseong Jazz & Beer Festa will run for three days, from Friday, August 28, 2026, to Sunday, August 30, 2026, across the beautiful Yuseong Park.
With an open grassy area for enjoying the performances, it's a fantastic idea to bring a picnic mat and truly relax while soaking in the atmosphere.
This Daejeon Beer Festival is packed with things to eat and see, featuring 12 craft breweries from across the country, a variety of food trucks, incredible jazz performances, and even a drone light show!
General admission and concert viewing are completely free. Reservations for the Yuseong Jazz & Beer Festa are only necessary if you plan to use the special cabana zone.
Daejeon Beer Festival 2026 Performance Lineup
The live performances will run daily from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
On Friday, August 28:
You can catch the Yuseong Jazz Orchestra, Zip4, Kim Gi-cheol Band with Yangji, and Woongsan.
On Saturday, August 29:
Enjoy performances by Oldy But Goody, Maria Kim, Koh Sang-ji with Latin Kitchen Luna, and Youn Sun Nah.
On Sunday, August 30:
The stage will host Jasmuzikus, Kuiloh Trio X Yoon Deok-hyun, Malo Band, and Han Sang-won Band.

Participating Breweries
This year's Daejeon Beer Festival will feature 12 craft breweries from all over Korea.
You'll find local Daejeon breweries like The Ranch Brewing and Yellow Ocean, as well as award-winning names like Art Monster Brewery and Kabrew, offering their delicious beers to taste on-site.
Before purchasing any beer, you'll need to get an adult verification wristband at the entrance, so make sure to bring a valid ID.
A physical ID is essential – don't let yourself be the one watching everyone else enjoy their brews because you forgot yours!
Once verified, you'll receive a wristband. Show this at any brewery booth to order your beer, which will be served in a complimentary, reusable cup (no deposit required)!
Want to try a different beer after finishing your current one?
Convenient self-cleaning water stations are set up throughout the Daejeon Beer Festival grounds. Simply rinse your cup there before heading to the next booth to enjoy a new brew without mixing flavors!
Food Truck Alley
The food selection is just as impressive!
There will be 21 food trucks operating, offering a wide array of delicious options including pizza, tteokbokki, fried treats, ice cream, and much more.
Imagine: a savory bite of fried food followed by a refreshing sip of craft beer. That's a perfect summer night!
Drone Light Show Schedule
If you're planning to attend the Daejeon Beer Festival on Friday or Saturday, don't miss the spectacular drone show!
On both August 28 and 29, a dazzling drone light show featuring 1,500 drones will light up the night sky at 10:00 PM, right after the jazz performances conclude.
Other Activities
Beyond the beer tasting and main stage, there are even more activities to enjoy.
At the West Plaza, you can find the Yuseong Jazz Beer Salon, where you can engage in discussions with jazz expert Jo Hana.
There will also be a busking stage showcasing jazz and city pop performances with a nostalgic 1970s-80s vibe.
Please note that the Jazz Salon discussions were limited to 15 participants and are already fully booked.
Yuseong Jazz & Beer Festa Cabana Zone Reservations
Many visitors wonder if reservations are needed for the Daejeon Beer Festival.
As mentioned, general admission and access to the performances are free, with no prior booking required.
However, the private suite Cabana Zone on the East Lawn operates on a pre-booking system.
There are 16 cabanas in total, and you can choose between a twin-chair type or a flat-platform type.
Each cabana reservation also includes two Yuseong Beer coupons!
The usage fee for a cabana is ~$14.
Pre-bookings were conducted on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:00 AM on August 21 via the Yuseong-gu Office festival website.
Should there be any cancellations or remaining spots, additional cabanas might be allocated on-site at the Daejeon Beer Festival.
Even if you couldn't reserve a cabana, don't worry! Just bring a picnic mat, and you can freely enjoy the Daejeon Beer Festival on the grassy lawns!

If you plan to enjoy some beer, a physical ID is absolutely essential.
Also, bring a picnic mat for comfortable lawn seating, and perhaps a light jacket in case the evening gets a bit chilly.
