Super straightforward!

1st Floor, 416 Hangang-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul
I visited during a **weekday lunch hour**, and let me tell you, the place was packed with local office workers! I even had a short wait. If you're planning to go during peak lunch times, your first mission should be to snag a table!

While the interior isn't massive, the high ceilings and the expansive glass windows overlooking Seoul Station really make it feel open and inviting. The decor is wonderfully fresh and green, adding to the healthy vibe!

Crispy Fresh is actually operated by Dongwon Home Food, and they pride themselves on using 'Cheongmichae' – pesticide-free, hydroponically grown greens. It’s a premium salad cafe concept, and it shows! Beyond Seoul Square, you'll find their branches in major business districts like Gwanghwamun, Pangyo, Yongsan, and Yeouido, catering to busy professionals.
Crispy Fresh Menu & Calorie Information

The Crispy Fresh menu is quite diverse, primarily categorized into **Protein Plates, Poke Bowls, Super Bowls, Vivid Meals, and Stew & Panini**. You can also add sides like soup or drinks.
As you'd expect from a top-tier salad spot, they thoughtfully provide **calorie and nutritional information for each menu item**, which is fantastic for those watching their intake!

I decided to order the **Iberico Pork Plate**! It's a hearty option, and at ~$12, it's a bit on the pricier side. However, they offer a **~$1 discount** on a 'Today's Special' menu item during weekday lunch hours.
Since I visited on a Wednesday, the Iberico Pork Plate was the special, bringing the price down to a more palatable ~$12!

You can place your order at either the counter or via the self-service kiosks. I opted for the kiosk, which was quick and easy.

As a well-established salad chain, they're diligent about displaying the origin of their ingredients. My Iberico Pork Plate, for example, uses **pork from Spain**!

Water, plates, cutlery, and wet wipes are all available at the self-service bar, making it convenient to grab what you need.

On this particular day, I was out for a work trip and dining solo, so I snagged a window seat with a fantastic view of Seoul Station. It was perfect for people-watching!

Many customers also ordered coffee alongside their salads, taking advantage of the special discount offered when you combine them.

A short while later, my buzzer vibrated, and I picked up my **Iberico Pork Plate**! First impressions? Absolutely satisfying. The vibrant colors, diverse ingredients, and clearly fresh vegetables were exactly what I hoped for.
The plate came with the standard Chipotle dressing, which I didn't change or add to.

They even provide **dressing calorie information** separately, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone managing their diet! The Chipotle dressing is around 64 calories, which isn't too heavy, but if you're really watching your intake, I'd recommend the Wholegrain Mustard (15 calories) or the Low-Calorie BBQ sauce (7 calories).

With **sour cream and guacamole** already included, I found I didn't need to drench my plate in dressing – it was flavorful enough for my taste! The **toppings** were plentiful and varied: mixed grain rice (barley and brown rice), chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, kidney beans, nacho chips, and cheddar cheese. Each bite offered a delightful mix of textures and tastes, keeping things interesting.

The Iberico pork itself was perfectly grilled, adding a delicious, crispy element to the plate. Highly recommend!
Dining Options at Seoul Square
Seoul Square, where Crispy Fresh is located, boasts a rather extensive dining area spanning from the basement level to the first floor.

On the first floor, besides Crispy Fresh, you'll find other great spots like **Haechoseom, The Place, Colectivo Coffee, Pascucci, Bana Presso, Artisee, AMAMPIK, and Wonjo Gongju Tteokjip (rice cake shop)**.
The **basement level**, directly connected to Seoul Station, offers an even wider variety of dining establishments.
Just a heads up: during **weekday lunch hours, these restaurants are always bustling with people, and you can expect a wait**. So, if you have a specific spot in mind, try to get there as early as possible to secure a table. Enjoy your delicious and healthy meal!
