Conrad Seoul PULSE 8 Review 2026: Pool & Gym Hours, Tips
Discover the Conrad Seoul's impressive PULSE 8 gym and swimming pool facilities. Find out why this 5-star Yeouido hotel is highly recommended for a refreshing stay.

During my 1-night, 2-day "hocance" (hotel vacation) at Conrad Seoul Yeouido, I was really satisfied with the swimming pool and the gym, PULSE 8,
It's a review about how great it was to use these facilities, which were well-maintained and never too crowded for their size, making for a truly pleasant experience.
Conrad Gym, Swimming Pool Location
The Conrad gym and swimming pool are located on the 8th floor of the Conrad Hotel.
There's even a separate elevator that connects directly from the ground floor, so I noticed some people using just the gym before heading straight to work.
Swim caps are also sold separately for ~$9, so I highly recommend bringing your own if possible!

There's also a golf practice range next door.

When using both the gym and the swimming pool, you check in at the reception desk before entering.
We decided to use the swimming pool first!
Conrad Seoul Changing Rooms

The swimming pool and gym share the same changing rooms.
The changing room area isn't particularly spacious,
but there are small lockers right in front of the pool where you can store lighter belongings.

Inside the main changing room, there are only 6 lockers in total, so it can get a bit tight and there might not always be an available spot.

The changing room is equipped with two individual shower stalls and a compact powder room.

The amenities provided are Kalmomentree products.
Conrad Yeouido Swimming Pool

Upon entering the pool area, you can take off your shoes and store them in the shoe rack.
As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the high ceilings and abundant natural light, creating such an open and expansive feel!

I loved that the ceiling was a large glass window, letting in plenty of natural light, which made the space feel incredibly open!

At the entrance, you'll find helpful aids like kickboards and floating belts, along with a water dispenser and towels.

There were a total of three lanes: the far-right for free swimming, the middle for dedicated swimming, and the far-left for lessons,
so regular guests can use the two lanes on the right and in the middle.

There were plenty of sunbeds, tables, and seats, so we could really relax and enjoy our time.

Even though we visited around 4 PM, which is usually the busiest time, the swimming lanes were still spacious, and it was wonderfully comfortable to swim around!

It was also lovely just to lie on a sunbed and take in the city views :)
The pool operating hours are quite generous, from 6 AM to 10 PM.

Just a side note: I was so sad to leave that I visited the pool one more time for these views before checking out the next day!
There were hardly any people in the morning :) Since the pool opens at 6 AM, I highly recommend an early morning swim on your checkout day!
PULSE8 Café

After my swim, I stepped out and took a look around inside PULSE8.
What was unique was that there was a PULSE8 Café!

You could order a variety of beverages, including coffee, energy drinks, and bottled water,

as well as simple snacks like salt bread, bananas, and butter chips,
and healthy meal options perfect for a light bite after a workout, such as smoked salmon salad, Cobb salad, and club sandwiches!
Conrad Yeouido Fitness Center

If you head further inside the café, you'll find the fitness center.
The fitness center is available for guests aged 17 and over,
and it was incredibly convenient that it operates 24 hours a day!

When using the fitness center, workout clothes are available for complimentary rental.
The changing rooms are shared with the swimming pool.

Near the entrance, there were towels and other convenient amenities.

What I loved was that you could borrow earphones for free, and even charge your phone! :)

There was also a separate mat room, well-equipped with various stretching tools and mats,

With Concept2 rowing machines and Technogym equipment, the facilities were excellent!

I started with a light session on the Stairway to Heaven (StairMaster).
While I stepped away to the restroom, a staff member meticulously cleaned all the exercise equipment with alcohol sanitizer, so their hygiene management was truly impeccable.
Overall, from the room condition to the lounge, swimming pool, and gym, the **entire range of facilities at Conrad Seoul was thoroughly satisfying**!
If you're looking for a 5-star hotel in Seoul with comfortable swimming pool and gym facilities, I highly recommend it.
