Inside the Cafe

You could order in the right section,
and enjoy coffee or tea in the left section.
With seagull models and
walls made of basalt,
it perfectly captured the Jeju vibe.
I absolutely loved the cozy, charming space,
and the fact that there were quite a few
hidden photo spots was a definite plus.
Seating
Comfortable seating arrangements, suitable for
groups of two or four,
made it very convenient.

This place, with its stunning ocean view,
While there are many cafes on Jeju Island itself where you can see the sea,
Udo's charm lies in the fact that
the island itself is
completely surrounded by the ocean.
Even a short stroll offers
a new captivating sea view.
Especially on an Udo trip,
where the itinerary often involves moving between many tourist spots,
it was incredibly refreshing to do absolutely nothing at the cafe
and just gaze at the sea.
That time was simply wonderful.

Since it was a scorching August,
the air conditioning was a delightful relief,
and not only were there chargers...
They even had water, which was a thoughtful touch
that I really appreciated.

The space felt so stylish,
and the interior had
such a warm atmosphere.

Outside the window,
to the right was a sea view,
and to the left, a view of trees,
making it even more charming.
Menu

We ordered:
Udo Peanut Einspanner ~$5
Hallabong Slush ~$5
Signature Udo Peanut Cream Latte ~$5
Signature Udo Peanut Gelato ~$4
Lemon Pound Cake ~$3

The Udo Peanut Einspanner was deliciously nutty
from the Udo peanuts, and the coffee had a lovely acidity,
making for a sweet and savory,
yet refreshing drink. The Lemon Pound Cake
and other beverages were also surprisingly
clean and
tasty.

The Udo Peanut Gelato is a popular treat
that many seek out.
When you're exploring the tourist spots on Udo Island
on a hot day, you'll really start craving
ice cream or
gelato.
The Udo Peanut Gelato, in particular,
was a menu item that perfectly complemented
our Udo trip. If you've come all the way to Udo,
it's a great idea to try dishes that use
the local specialty, peanuts.
Also, if you're traveling with a niece/nephew
or children, since kids can't drink coffee,
you often look for cafes
that offer dessert menus
like gelato.
From this perspective,
when choosing a cafe during your Udo trip,
it's a good idea to check if they have
peanut gelato or
other ice cream options.

Right in front of the entrance is the ocean.
The left side was designed
as a garden,
with Jeju's basalt rocks and trees,
and
palm trees,
along with a charming garden,
making it so unique
and perfect for photos,
doubling the sense of healing.
With chairs available,
it was a wonderful spot
during the mild
spring and autumn months
to grab a drink or dessert
and take photos or simply enjoy your treats.

I love it even more
because it's filled with that unique Jeju charm.
The space is so beautiful
you'll find yourself taking many photos.

It was an even better cafe
to relax and enjoy the tranquility
after driving around in an electric car
or walking.

It was a truly happy time,
being able to gaze at the beautiful sea views of Udo,
including the vibrant blue ocean right in front
and the scenic Hago-sudong Port.

As I wandered,
I even spotted a dog sound asleep,
perhaps tired from exploring.
So incredibly cute!
Cafe Kkeudeok truly offers a unique sense of healing,
letting you experience Udo's distinct ocean beauty,
different from that of Jeju's main island.
