First off, Cafe Frolla is conveniently located right next to HBYH, The Hyundai Seoul's premium lifestyle concept store. This means you can enjoy some delightful window shopping before or after your coffee. As it's currently late 2026, the store is likely brimming with festive holiday decor, adding to the charm.

Past the beautiful interior decorations and charming dishes, you'll find the inviting entrance to Cafe Frolla.

They also sell coffee beans, tea bags, coasters, and espresso cups, perfect for taking a piece of Cafe Frolla home with you.

The tables here are generously sized, and the spacing between them is ample, creating a comfortable and uncrowded environment. The window seats, in particular, offer an expansive view, which I found incredibly refreshing.

Cafe Frolla's menu features a fantastic array of options, with a special emphasis on espresso. As an Italian espresso specialist, Cafe Frolla boasts a diverse menu, particularly its espresso selection. You can choose from classic and special coffee lines, each offering unique bean flavors extracted using authentic Italian recipes.

They also offer a convenient set menu: two Americanos and one Peach Yogurt Crostata for just ~$17! This is an excellent option for two people looking to enjoy a coffee and a treat together.

Each menu item clearly indicates the cup size, making it easy to gauge how much you're ordering.

They also have a tempting selection of pies and cookie desserts. On this particular visit, we decided to stick with just coffee (but we did get a free sheep cookie!).

I ordered an Iced Caffè Latte, and my friend opted for a Dirty Chai (espresso + chai latte). Even though Cafe Frolla is renowned for its espresso, we were both craving lattes that day!

Cafe Frolla's coffee menu features espresso extracted using traditional Italian methods, enhanced with perfectly steamed milk, resulting in a truly satisfying cup. My latte was absolutely delicious!

The coffee was excellent, and finding a spot by the window allowed us to enjoy the high ceilings and bright, sun-drenched atmosphere of The Hyundai Seoul, making for a truly pleasant experience!

Regarding parking, Cafe Frolla follows The Hyundai Seoul's general parking policy, meaning you'll need to spend over ~$36 to get one hour of validated parking. Unless you're already planning a major shopping spree, it's often more convenient to visit by public transportation than by car.

While The Hyundai Seoul's basement food court is perpetually packed, and truly relaxed cafes can be surprisingly hard to find, Cafe Frolla is a gem. If you manage to avoid peak times, it offers a relatively serene environment perfect for conversations or catching up on work, which is why I often find myself returning here.

I highly recommend Cafe Frolla to anyone seeking delicious coffee and a pleasant atmosphere in The Hyundai Seoul!
