Recently, I had a staycation near Sinchon for the weekend. After an early check-in, I decided to explore the Gyeongui Line Forest Park area for a charming cafe where I could enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. That's how I stumbled upon Biroso Coffee, a true gem with a fantastic view of the park.

Biroso Coffee immediately caught my eye. Located directly in front of Gyeongui Line Forest Park, its striking red brick exterior and expansive windows create a truly inviting and stylish atmosphere.

Even late in the evening, many people seemed to be dropping in after a stroll through the Gyeongui Line Forest Park, which speaks volumes about its appeal. The ambiance truly is exceptional, making me eager to visit again soon.
Biroso Coffee Menu

What I particularly loved about Biroso Coffee was the option to choose my own coffee beans. While I appreciate a nutty roast, I often prefer a coffee with a pleasant acidity, and they had exactly what I was looking for.

The first-floor interior felt spacious and impeccably clean. It was impressive to see that they roast and sell their own coffee beans right on site. The decor, a stylish blend of wood and black tones, enhanced by tasteful artwork, unique objects, and soft lighting, truly elevates the overall vibe.

Since the first floor was bustling even in the late hours, I headed upstairs to the second floor. There were plenty of seats available, including bar tables by the windows, which offered a decent view of the Gyeongui Line Forest Park.

While the window seats were appealing, I chose a table with a power outlet so I could comfortably work on my laptop. It had been a rainy and humid day, and the cafe's air conditioning was quite cool, so I opted for a warm Americano to balance it out.

Biroso Coffee in Mapo-gu stays open late, attracting a diverse crowd – from those making a quick stop to others, like myself, who settle in for a longer laptop session. It truly is a wonderful place to unwind and recharge.
I highly recommend taking a break at Biroso Coffee; it's the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the moment.
