Benson Ice Cream at Seoul's 63 Building: Flavors & Review 2026
Craving a sweet treat in Seoul? Benson Ice Cream at the 63 Building offers 20 unique flavors, with new seasonal additions. Read our full review of this premium dessert spot!

Meet Benson, the premium ice cream brand ambitiously launched by Hanwha Galleria!
After checking out the exhibition at Pompidou Center Hanwha,
I finally got to try it when I saw it had opened a branch at the iconic 63 Building.
Benson Ice Cream Menu & Prices

Benson Ice Cream boasts a grand total of 20 different flavors.
And they’re constantly rolling out exciting new products!

This summer season's special is Lemon Tang!
They're even running an idol "Hearts to Hearts" event.

When you order, they scoop the ice cream right in front of you.
I was really impressed that each flavor container is individually opened and closed, ensuring a super hygienic environment!

You can choose from 4 different ice cream sizes, as shown here.

For a single scoop, you can also opt for a single cone with a wafer cup!
Beyond ice cream, they also offer a variety of coffees, shakes, and lattes.

Benson Ice Cream Flavor Recommendations & Calories
Since it was my first time trying Benson ice cream, I really pondered which flavor to pick!

Here are Benson's official recommendations for the Top 5 flavors!
You can even find detailed nutritional information and calorie counts for each flavor on the Benson Ice Cream website.

Among the 5 recommended flavors, the lowest in calories is Raspberry Rouge Sorbet (116.5kcal), and the highest is Dark Chocolate Brownie (308.4kcal).
Interestingly, there isn't a huge difference in sugar content across the menu (generally around 20g),
but it's good to know that milk or cream-based ice cream flavors tend to be high in saturated fat, so their calorie count will be over 250!

After delving into Benson Ice Cream's brand philosophy,
I was curious about their purest Jersey Milk flavor, so that's what I ordered! (A reasonable 255.6kcal).
I'm curious to see how it compares to Baekmidang!

This little friend is Benson Ice Cream's official mascot.
I thought it was a bear, but it's actually the famous fearless animal, the honey badger!
They say it symbolizes courage towards authenticity and instinctive tenacity 🤭
Benson Ice Cream at 63 Building Review

The Benson 63 Building branch has a clean and casual vibe like this,
and even though it was a weekday afternoon, perhaps because it was so hot, there were many people.

The waiting line for orders was often quite long.

They also sell frozen ice cream cup products and cakes like these.

Even when I visited, there was quite a wait, so I waited for about 10 minutes.

Finally, here's the Jersey Milk!
They said the Jersey milk ice cream, with Maldon salt added, features a rich and pure taste, so I ordered it with high expectations.

Compared to Baekmidang,
perhaps because of the higher fat content, I could taste a slightly richer and thicker flavor!
Also, the Maldon salt subtly balanced out a taste that could otherwise be a bit heavy, which was very satisfying.
Highly recommend for those who love milk ice cream!

For your information, Benson Ice Cream at the 63 Building is located inside the Culture & Gourmet Street within the 63 Building.
After recently completing renovations, hot new restaurants are opening their doors one after another!

There are also quite a few design stores like HAY, offering plenty to see,
so I recommend visiting after exploring the Centre Pompidou Hanwha :)
