my biggest dilemma was finding the right place to stay!

I was searching for somewhere reasonably priced

but still offering clean, comfortable facilities,

and that's when I discovered

Bella Stay Residence Hotel.

Built in 2025, this newly constructed property

boasts an impressive guest rating of 9.0+ almost everywhere.

After staying here, I completely understand

why families and long-term travelers flock to this place!

At just ~$23 per person (or ~$69 for a family of three),

this one-night stay genuinely exceeded my expectations for value! 👍​

Chuncheon is packed with fun attractions

like Legoland Korea and the Samaksan Cable Car,

so location and affordability were my top priorities.

I needed a base close to downtown

that made driving around the area easy!

While browsing through countless reviews,

Bella Stay Chuncheon caught my eye.

Bella Stay Hotel features

underground parking spanning four levels,

making it incredibly convenient to park at any time.

There's also a gravel parking lot right next to the hotel,

so you don't even have to go underground if you prefer not to!

They do offer a breakfast buffet,

but since Chuncheon is famous for its incredible local food,

we opted out of the hotel breakfast to explore the city's culinary scene!

The front desk is staffed, making check-in a breeze.

Plus, there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right on the ground floor,

which was super convenient for grabbing last-minute essentials

or late-night snacks.

Superior Twin Room

When I opened the door,

my first thought was, "Wow, it's this clean for the price?"

I had high hopes since it's a new build,

but it was far more pristine than I expected!

The hardwood floors were spotless,

and walking around barefoot felt perfectly fine.

Because it's designed like a modern studio apartment (residence style),

there's clever storage space everywhere,

making it easy to organize our luggage.

The space utilization is leaps and bounds better than a standard hotel room! 👍​

With one double bed and one single bed,

it's the perfect setup for three people.

The bedding was crisp, clean, and soft—

even passing the strict hygiene test of my cleanliness-conscious parents!

Instead of the tiny mini-fridges you usually get in hotels,

this room comes standard with a large, full-sized refrigerator!

There's plenty of room to store milk for the kids, fresh fruit,

and all the delicious takeout food

you'll inevitably bring back from downtown Chuncheon.

Cooking on the induction stove isn't permitted,

but since we mostly ate takeout anyway,

just having the kitchen sink was incredibly handy!

The room even has an in-unit washing machine,

so you can immediately wash your sweaty clothes after a day out!

For families with young kids who go through clothes quickly,

or for long-term guests staying a week or more,

this is an absolute game-changer. ✨

The bathroom was also sparkling clean and very satisfying. ✨

Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

are provided in large pump bottles.

Towels were plentiful, and there's a hairdryer too.

Just keep in mind that personal toiletries

like toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided,

so remember to pack your own!

The foundation of any good accommodation is cleanliness and a comfortable bed,

and on that front, this is a place where anyone

can enjoy a relaxing, worry-free stay.

Thanks to the great sleep we got here,

we were fully recharged for our Chuncheon adventures! 🎵

While everyone's preferences differ,

I honestly think the vast majority of travelers

would be highly satisfied with this hotel!

Especially when you consider it's a new build with unbeatable value,

it's a reliably fantastic choice. :)
