Uncover the perfect 3-day Bali Canggu itinerary for 2026! From affordable stays and delicious eats to lively beach clubs and rejuvenating wellness, plan your unforgettable adventure.
During my recent Bali trip, I spent three fantastic days and two nights exploring the vibrant area of Canggu. I've put together a comprehensive guide covering everything from budget-friendly accommodation and must-try restaurants to lively beach clubs and rejuvenating wellness spots!

For your convenience, you'll find a detailed summary table at the bottom of this post!
Canggu's Best Value Stay - The Hotel with an Unbeatable Location
Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu

⏱️ Check-in: 2:00 PM
⏱️ Check-out: 12:00 PM
⏱️ Pool Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
This hotel offers incredible value, often costing less than ~$69 per night, sometimes even including breakfast!
✔️ Shower filters can be changed (a thoughtful touch!)
✔️ Convenience store right in front of the hotel
✔️ Walking distance to Canggu's main attractions, spas, restaurants, and beaches
✔️ Just a 3-minute walk to the popular restaurant "Penny Lane"
✔️ 24-hour hospital directly opposite (hotel even offers doctor house calls)
✔️ Terrace with ocean views
The only minor drawback I found was that the bedding could feel a little humid at times.
One of the main reasons I was able to make the most of my three days in Canggu was the fantastic location of Eastin Ashta Resort. Canggu is notorious for its traffic, but from this hotel, you can reach almost everything on foot.
(In fact, aside from a wellness club visit that required a short drive, I walked everywhere else!)
This saved so much time and allowed me to experience more of what Canggu has to offer.
The rooms are spacious, and the sink, toilet, and shower are all separated, which makes for a very comfortable stay. The terrace even offers ocean views, and grocery stores, convenience stores, and the hospital are all within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
I highly recommend Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu for its unbeatable location and excellent value!

Top 3 Must-Try Restaurants in Canggu
Sensorium, Penny Lane, Smoke Bali
I made sure to visit Canggu's three most popular restaurants, highly recommended by many travelers!
✅ Sensorium (highly recommend the Cold Ramen and Bulgogi Quesadilla)
✅ Penny Lane (Nasi Goreng is a must-try)
✅ Smoke Bali (don't miss the Pork Ribs and Mashed Potatoes)
Since these are widely acclaimed spots, you can expect a great meal without much risk of disappointment.
Among them, the food at Sensorium was my absolute favorite. I tried the quesadilla and cold ramen, and I highly recommend both!
+ All these fantastic restaurants are within walking distance of the Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu.

Canggu Beach Club
- The Lawn Beach Club
While La Brisa is a well-known beach club in Canggu, I wanted to try something different and discovered "The Lawn Beach Club" in Bali Canggu.
✔️ If you're looking for a vibrant but not overly loud atmosphere
✔️ If you want to enjoy the sunset in a more relaxed setting
✔️ If you're somewhere between an extrovert and an introvert
✔️ If you want to experience a beach club at a reasonable price point
Then The Lawn Beach Club is the place for you! It connects directly to the beach, so you can step out to watch the picturesque sunset, then come back to the pool, and enjoy another stunning sunset view. It was absolutely perfect. The food isn't gourmet, but it's perfectly decent.
The Lawn Beach Club is also conveniently located within walking distance of the Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu.

Bali Wellness Club - Nirvana Wellness Club
My main purpose for this Bali trip was "wellness," so my first activity was a visit to a wellness club.
Among several options, I chose "Nirvana Wellness Club," which was just a 10-minute drive from Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu.
✅ 1-Day Pass Price
(Includes access to all facilities, classes, and recovery zone)
660,000 IDR (per person)
(Including tax: 762,300 IDR, approximately ~$51)
I traveled there early in the morning using a Grab taxi, and it was a smooth ride, aside from a bit of traffic on the way back.
With an outdoor Hyrox zone, swimming pool, recovery zone, and sauna, there's plenty to enjoy. If you're heading to Canggu, I highly recommend checking out Nirvana Wellness Club!
