Happy Record's 17-Day Adventure
🇬🇷Greece Self-Guided Tour🇬🇷
When we were searching for accommodation recommendations in Santorini, Greece, what mattered most to us was not getting lost in the crowds at the sunset viewpoints, being able to enjoy the ocean view and sunset over Oia village directly from our room, and of course, the price.

More than a spacious room with a pool or jacuzzi, even a cozy room for two was fine, but the accommodation's location within Oia village and the ocean view directly visible from the room were absolutely crucial.
And with excellent reviews from fellow Koreans, the place we ultimately decided on was Anemi House & Villas (Anemi House & Villas)

In Oia village, Santorini, the room we stayed in for 2 nights and 3 days was the 2-person Anemi Petite House.

From the Oia village sunset we witnessed from our accommodation, to room cleanliness, luggage transport, and even the current price for the same room type—this is my honest, self-funded review of Anemi House with my partner. Happy Record, let's dive in!✨

Santorini Oia Village Accommodation: Sunset from the Terrace
The absolute best thing about Anemi House was being able to watch the famously stunning Santorini Oia village sunset directly from our accommodation, without having to venture anywhere else!✨
Even the guests staying on the floor below us came out onto their terraces to capture photos during sunset.

As sunset approached, Oia Castle, a renowned spot for sunset views, was naturally teeming with people, and even the streets surrounding our accommodation were filled with everyone patiently waiting to snap photos of the breathtaking sunset.

While everyone else was frantically trying to find a spot and snap photos to catch the sunset, we were able to comfortably sit on our accommodation's terrace and simply soak in the Santorini sunset – it truly felt like we were winning!

Being able to leisurely enjoy a beer or a glass of wine on our outdoor terrace with my partner, take photos, and simply gaze out at the Santorini sea and sunset was absolutely satisfying and truly a healing experience!💙

Anemi House Petite Room: Our Experience for Two
The Anemi Petite House we stayed in is, according to the official description, a room for a maximum of 2 people, comprising 20㎡ indoors and a 5㎡ balcony.
If we laid out two 24-inch suitcases, it felt a little snug for moving around the room, but the bedding and the room itself were generally spotless and clean!✨

With its rounded walls and blue accents, the interior truly captured the authentic Santorini cave house atmosphere.
A small refrigerator, a kitchenette with dishes, a wardrobe, a safe, a hairdryer, and even beach towels were all provided – which we certainly put to good use after our Santorini yacht tour!

Interestingly, the bathroom
was located inside the room, right under the stairs.

There was no shower curtain or partition,
so water splashed quite a bit when showering;
but honestly, throughout our trip to Greece,
most accommodations were like this.

Still, we could ventilate through the window, which kept it fresh and pleasant,
and there was plenty of space to hang towels, which was a definite plus!
Oia Village's Stone Paths: Navigating with Luggage
After getting off the local bus from Fira to Oia,
we attempted to pull our luggage to the accommodation.
However, with the uneven stone paths
and continuous steep stairs,
moving our 25kg suitcase by ourselves
was almost impossible;

Thankfully, the owner and a staff member
came directly to our meeting point,
carried our suitcases on their shoulders,
and brought them all the way to our accommodation.
Our luggage must have been incredibly heavy for them,
and we were truly grateful!

The owner mentioned having visited Korea,
and during check-in, kindly shared recommendations for Santorini's best restaurants
and tourist attractions.
For housekeeping or any other accommodation-related inquiries,
we communicated with the owner via KakaoTalk.
