3. Dining Experience

As AC Kitchen is renowned for its lobster, the first place I headed was, of course, the lobster corner.

Piles of steaming hot lobsters were stacked high, creating an overwhelming visual feast that made me gasp in awe. The sheer abundance was truly impressive!

I was initially a bit worried about the quality for an unlimited buffet, but my concerns quickly vanished. The lobsters were plump, juicy, and incredibly easy to peel, with generous amounts of succulent meat inside.

The tender and chewy lobster claw meat was already prepared for easy eating, and I honestly lost count of how many I enjoyed!

Beyond the seafood, the meat selection was equally impressive, featuring items rarely seen at buffets like Beef Wellington, along with perfectly cooked flat iron steak and savory lamb chops. My husband absolutely adored this section!

While the lobster was outstanding, the sashimi also truly shined. We enjoyed rich, fatty seasonal yellowtail, melt-in-your-mouth tuna belly, and sweet, creamy spot prawns! The freshness rivaled that of many specialized Japanese restaurants, literally melting in our mouths.

If your palate starts to feel a bit rich from all the diverse dishes, head over to the Korean food corner. Pairing a spicy jangajji (pickled side dish), some fresh kimchi, or the flavorful Yukhoe Tangtangyi (beef tartare with octopus) will cleanse your palate and allow you to savor even more delicious bites.

With fresh salads, an assortment of olives and cheeses—perfectly paired with the unlimited wine—and finally, beautiful desserts, fresh fruits, and creamy ice cream, our dining experience was incredibly satisfying and truly delightful.
