So, I quickly popped over to a truly local-recommended spot in Gyesan-dong, Incheon, that's been a beloved fixture for ages.
It's Yusim Tuna, where you can fully enjoy everything from affordable, all-you-can-eat courses to high-quality premium cuts.
I'll share everything from parking info for this always-reliable Gyeyang-gu Office restaurant to my personal review of the bluefin tuna, which led to me and my friend instantly finishing four bottles of soju!

How to Make a Reservation
Yusim Tuna has private rooms, perfect for a more intimate dining experience,
making it popular for family dinners, small gatherings, and company outings.
If you plan to dine in a private room,
we recommend making a reservation by phone in advance!
We visited around 8 PM on a Monday evening,
and were able to get a table in the main hall immediately, without any waiting.
Exterior / Interior
Yusim Tuna is located on the 1st-floor corner of the Gyesan Taekji downtown area.
The signboard has large, clear lettering, making it easy to spot even from a distance.
Stepping inside, you're greeted by a spacious and pleasant main hall.
There are bar tables and comfortable four-person tables available.
Further inside, there are private rooms perfect for more formal gatherings,
meaning it's suitable for any occasion.
What's really fantastic is
that they even have outdoor-style tables, perfect for enjoying the current weather and getting those outdoor vibes!
On one wall, you'll find authenticated signatures from numerous celebrities and public figures who have visited this place.
Menu & My Order
While their main offering is a value-for-money, all-you-can-eat tuna course at an affordable price,
they also have a variety of á la carte premium cuts, fresh assorted sushi, and additional menu items.
Their drink menu is also well-curated to pair with tuna, ranging from standard soju and beer to premium Ilpoom Jinro, Hwayo, and sake.

The basic table setting includes
appetizer plates, sauce dishes, and clean wet wipes,
along with generous refills of gim (seaweed), sesame oil, soy sauce, and salt –
all perfect companions for tuna.
Once you've placed your order, a warm, savory porridge and a hearty soybean paste soup arrive first, gently coating your stomach before the main meal.
Following that are a vegetable salad, grilled ginkgo nuts, and corn cheese.
The side dishes just keep coming!
Before the tuna even arrived, the soy-marinated shrimp made their grand appearance!
You can choose to order them in servings of 6 or 12.
The perfect sweet and savory soy marinade soaks deep into the plump, succulent shrimp meat.
Just imagine, while savoring the tuna, you pop a piece of this amazing soy shrimp into your mouth...
...and that clean, refreshing umami flavor instantly revitalizes your palate!
And finally, the star of the show has arrived: exquisite bluefin tuna!
It's truly incomparable to any all-you-can-eat tuna course you might find.
You get four stunning pieces of each distinct bluefin tuna cut, meticulously presented.
It arrives perfectly chilled, almost with a frosty glow.
As it slowly thaws right before your eyes on the table, a beautiful luster starts to emerge on its surface.
That glistening, pearly sheen is absolutely mesmerizing!
And when the assorted sushi, ordered as a fantastic side, is also served,
the table becomes gloriously full, a true feast that almost overflows!
For dipping, you're treated to an array of incredible sauces: Kono-wata (sea cucumber entrails), Chutoro entrails jeotgal (fermented chutoro innards),
Tako Wasabi (octopus with wasabi), and even Myeongnan Jeot (spicy pollack roe).
For the very first bite, to truly appreciate the tuna's inherent clean and delicate flavor, go for the bright red lean meat!
I just added a touch of fresh wasabi, and oh my goodness...
The slightly chilled meat slowly melted in my mouth,
It was incredibly clean, delicate, and savory, without any greasiness.
On a generously provided sheet of seasoned seaweed (kim) from the table,
place a tender piece of tuna, add some zingy radish sprouts,
dip it into the savory sesame oil sauce, and then wrap it all up and take a bite!
The nutty, salty, and crisp textures all come together in perfect harmony.
Is this the legendary O-toro? Or perhaps the coveted belly button meat (baekkop-sal)?
Just look at that dense, pristine white marbling – it's like looking at premium Hanwoo beef, simply incredible!
When it was first served, it was still slightly frozen,
offering an exquisite, refreshingly crisp bite.
But as time passed and it thawed to the perfect temperature, it was simply divine!
As you're indulging in the tuna, they continuously bring out more delights: a wonderfully grilled mero (Patagonian toothfish) with a clean, savory flavor,
and a refreshing bowl of cold buckwheat noodles (Naeng-momil), topped with shimmering ice shards that perfectly cleanse and cool your palate,
all served continuously as a special treat.
The array of complimentary side dishes (sukidashi) provided is so exceptional,
they're hearty enough to be a meal on their own and absolutely perfect for pairing with drinks!
Overall Verdict
There's a good reason why this place has been so dearly loved for years in Gyesan-taekji, near Gyeyang-gu Office.
