and with its rich history and stunning architecture, it's an absolute must-visit spot.

However, because the tickets can be quite pricey and entry hours are strictly timed,

planning ahead is an absolute must!

Booking Tickets

Since Westminster Abbey is extremely popular with tourists,

it’s highly recommended to book your tickets in advance.

Even with a booking, if it's super crowded,

some say you might not be able to enter exactly on time.

But luckily, when we visited, we only had to wait

about 10 minutes before heading right to the entrance!

There is a quick security check, so try to travel light and keep your bags small!

Usually, buying from the official website is cheaper,

but maybe due to recent exchange rates, third-party booking sites actually turned out to be cheaper this time.

If you book on the official website, it’s £30 per adult,

which is around ~$35—definitely on the pricier side!

On the bright side, if you are traveling with one child (ages 6–17),

you can both enter for the same £30 price tag,

which is the same as buying tickets on-site.

Among the booking platforms right now, MyRealTrip

offered the best deal at around ~$32 per adult.

Opening Hours

The opening hours for Westminster Abbey

vary depending on whether it's a weekday or weekend,

and they can also change seasonally, so it's always best to double-check in advance.

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

These are the hours currently listed on the official website.

But again, since entry times can shift depending on the season,

make sure to confirm the hours right before your visit!

Just a heads-up: sightseeing is not allowed on Sundays; it is open for worship only.

5 minutes from Big Ben, and 10 minutes from the London Eye,

making it incredibly easy to plan a perfect itinerary to see them all in one go!

attractions that offer Korean audio guides, so this was a huge plus!
