Before catching my flight to France,
I stopped by the Fortnum & Mason store!
You'll find #Scones and #Cookies on the basement floor!
I'd heard the Fortnum & Mason scones were absolutely divine,
and since I'm a huge scone enthusiast myself, haha,
how could I possibly resist? Lol!
I just had to go, haha!
There were so many different types of scones!
I should have come here before lunch, ugh! T_T
They even have mini scones, so you can buy several flavors and try them all!
The plain scones are delicious,
and the fruit scones are delightful too.
They call the mini scones 'baby scones,' haha, how cute!
Anyway, if I go back to the UK, I totally want to buy out all their scones, lol!
I wanted to try all the other desserts too, haha!
Oh, I heard you can enjoy #AfternoonTea here if you make a reservation, but the reviews weren't exactly glowing. Some mentioned a less-than-ideal experience and said only the scones were truly amazing, so
I just stuck to grabbing the scones, haha!
The basement floor is where you'll find groceries and the bakery, haha!
On the main floor, they sell teas and honey,
among other things!
The interior here is absolutely stunning!
Isn't it incredibly luxurious? Haha!
It almost feels like you've stepped into a fancy, high-end hotel!
A little anecdote:
It was the day I had to catch my flight to France, so I was lugging my suitcase around.
It was quite inconvenient to walk around with it, so I asked the information desk if I could leave it with them, but they said no. T_T
So I had to carry it with me... haha.
They mentioned it was due to concerns about loss or theft!
Also, there's no restroom on the main floor; you have to go up to the second or third floor! Up there, they also sell products like cosmetics, perfumes, and soaps, haha!
You should definitely check those floors out too!
They also sell cookies and chocolates like these,
and beautifully packaged teas in lovely boxes.
Fortnum & Mason is also renowned for its honey, so they even have a dedicated section just for honey!
The prices are a bit on the steep side, though, haha!
My mom said she wanted to buy some for my dad,
but since England was our first stop and we had a lot of winter luggage,
we just settled for buying tea.
...haha!

And there are countless varieties, lol!
There are also long tins of cookies, sorted by flavor.
I heard the taste is a bit hit-or-miss,
so I couldn't bring myself to try this one, haha!

The mint-colored one is the main highlight,
and among the other flavors, I personally love #russian_caravan
and #darjeeling! These two were really delicious, haha!

There are also shopping carts like the one the lady over there is pushing,
so if you're planning to buy a lot, grab a cart and shop away!

On the way past Fortnum's, I spotted a dessert shop, and it seems quite famous too!
There were cameramen filming inside and conducting interviews!
If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely check this place out!
Now, for some tips!

And, as expected for a quintessential British souvenir,
Fortnum & Mason had a presence even inside the duty-free shop!
I thought it would be cheaper, but guess what? It's even cheaper!
It's a whole pound cheaper, haha! Plus, if you bought it in-store, you'd have to pay tax, making it even more expensive than that.
At the duty-free shop, there's no tax,
and it's exactly 14.95 pounds!
So, if your next stop is an airplane,
I highly recommend buying it at the duty-free shop! 👍👍
