I stayed here twice to attend concerts at the Inspire Arena—
The Week& Resort near Eulwangri Beach.
It's only about a 10-minute taxi ride from Inspire Resort.
My first stay was surprisingly great, while my second stay left me a bit conflicted.
Here is my 100% honest, self-funded review of The Week& Resort!

The Week& Resort Exterior & Views

One of the larger resorts
in the Eulwangri area, The Week& Resort.
There is plenty of parking space, including an underground garage,
and a wide variety of room types to choose from.

Plus, most of the rooms
offer a beautiful ocean view facing Eulwangri Beach.

It is also connected to
the resort's companion pet hotel.

Step inside, and you'll be greeted
by a vibrant pink lobby lounge.
To the left, there's a restaurant and a bakery collaborating with the famous 'Le Pain'.
Check-in takes place at the front desk to the right.
During the day, it's a bustling space where guests wait to check in,
or order drinks to relax at the tables.

Perhaps these two characters are the resort's mascots—
they sell a variety of cute The Week& Resort merchandise here.
1st Floor Restaurant & Bakery

Since the bakery serves baked goods from Jamsil's famous bakery 'Le Pain',
the taste is absolutely guaranteed!

The restaurant food is delicious overall, and you get a lovely view of Eulwangri.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
*Additional charges apply for extra guests beyond the standard capacity

You can check in using the self-service kiosks,
and the friendly staff are always there to assist you as well.
During my stay in February,
they even provided info on high tide, low tide, and sunset times.

You'll get two room keys by default,
along with an information sheet like this.
(Information sheet as of my stay on September 13, 2025)

You can use the elevator after tapping your room key on the sensor at the top,
and here is the guide for each floor.

Urban Duplex Room

This is the overall layout of the Urban Duplex Room.
If there are 3 or more guests,
it looks like they set up extra bedding on that large sofa bed.

The gaps between the stairs are quite wide, so you'll need to keep a close eye on kids.
Since it's a Smart TV, it's perfect for just relaxing, eating, and binge-watching.

The bedroom on the second floor features a vanity,
a mattress, and charging ports on both sides.
While going up and down the stairs can be a bit of a hassle,
the air circulation was surprisingly good, so I slept like a baby.
Kids who love bunk beds or loft spaces will absolutely adore this room!
The bathroom was also decent and had everything you need.
Urban Comfort Room

After loving the amazing value of our first stay,
for the legendary "God of Songs" Jacky Cheung's concert,
we returned to THE WEEK& Resort in September 2025.
We booked the Urban Comfort Room because it was the cheapest option,
but we didn't realize until we arrived that it was an accessible room...
There was no step or barrier at the entryway,
and the bathroom was fully adapted for accessibility.
It would have been much better if this had been clearly stated
on the booking page to avoid any confusion. A bit of a shame.

There's a small sofa, which is super convenient for having snacks.
However, I'm not sure if it was just this room, but the wallpaper was notably bubbled and peeling in places...

At the head of the bed, there is a reading light and charging ports.
It seems there's no bedside shelf, probably because it's an accessible room.
The bed felt a bit bouncy.

This room also comes with Genie TV (Smart TV),
so we could enjoy a variety of free content.

Two extra towels and a hair dryer are provided,
but please note there are no room slippers.

A drying rack and a mini wardrobe.
And since there is a microwave,
it would be very convenient for prepping snacks for kids.

Also, no complimentary coffee or tea was provided.
I'm not sure if this is a resort-wide policy or if they were just left out because it's an accessible room.
Two bottles of water were provided in the mini-fridge.
However, despite staying for 2 nights, they didn't restock the water on the second day.
They only offer room cleaning for stays of 3 nights or more (for 1-2 nights, you can request fresh towels),
but is not providing daily water also part of their policy...?

The bathroom was specifically designed to be barrier-free...
But I can't quite tell if it's because it's a barrier-free room,
if it's actually inconvenient for guests with disabilities,
or if it's just tough for me to use as a non-disabled person.
Honestly, I'm just confused at this point.

The shower hose is connected directly to the sink,
which means you can't really use both at the same time.
There isn't even a proper place to hang the shower hose up high,
and there's no real barrier or division for the shower area.
Also, when you use the sink, the water doesn't drain straight down;
instead, it flows out onto the floor before heading into the drain,
so water splashes everywhere every time you use the sink..

The amenities were the same as last time.
And on our first night, the sensor light in the entryway
wouldn't turn off even after several minutes, so I had to call the front desk for maintenance at 1:30 AM...
The technician came up, but there was no quick fix, so they just removed the bulb completely,
and we spent the rest of our stay without an entryway light.

Day and night views of Eulwangri Beach from our room.
Since the pool is directly below us,
the sound of draining water is quite loud at night.
Our second stay here had quite a few disappointing moments.. haha.

When the tide goes out, you can see lots of people having fun on the mudflats.
They operate a pop-up water park in the summer,
and the path from this resort to the beach is really convenient,
so it could still be a great choice for beach lovers!

B1F: CU Convenience Store, Coin Laundry, etc.

The B1 level has several seminar rooms
along with a CU convenience store and a coin laundry room,
making it a very popular spot for guests.

The CU convenience store is open from
7:00 AM to midnight.

Right next to it is the coin laundry.

B2F: FUN Zone, Mini Golf, and Kids' Activities

I heard there was an arcade and other facilities
one floor down from B1, so I went to check it out.
On the way down, there's even a mini climbing area you can use for a fee.

They have almost everything you'd expect in a proper arcade—
racing games, basketball, shooting games, bowling, drumming, claw machines, and coin-operated karaoke booths.
The coin karaoke booth is ~$1 per song,
which definitely feels like typical resort pricing...

It's a fantastic place to hang out with the kids,
and the best part is that it stays open until midnight!

Once you pass the arcade,
you'll find a dedicated activities zone for sand play, slime making,
terrace gardening, and animal feeding experiences.

They also run Glow Putt, a neon glow-in-the-dark mini-golf course.
I've only ever seen putt-putt golf in Australia, so finding it here in Korea was such a cool surprise!
The neon lights looked super pretty
and the area was incredibly clean and well-maintained,
but we ended up skipping it since the difficulty level seemed a bit too easy for us.

They offer packages that bundle several kids' activities together,
which is bound to keep the little ones highly entertained!
10th Floor Music Lounge (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

And now, for the most premium space in the entire resort...
None other than the 10th-Floor Music Lounge.
Word has it that this sound system costs well over ~$192,000...!

Since the speakers are custom-optimized for orchestral tracks,
you can sit back, listen to majestic opera and symphonies,
and enjoy some refreshing drinks or bingsu (shaved ice).
The highlight is the hand-drip coffee experience, where you get to grind your own beans
and brew your own cup using their step-by-step guide.
It's a really unique and fun hands-on activity!
Prices are around ~$6 per cup,
and you can even choose your favorite coffee beans!

Staring out at the sweeping beach views reaching all the way to Wangsan Beach,
while listening to crystal-clear orchestral melodies...
Any lingering disappointment I had about the room condition
completely melted away in instant healing.
