The Glam Hotel Incheon Review: Affordable Concert Stay
Looking for a budget-friendly hotel near Incheon Munhak Stadium? Read my honest review of The Glam Hotel in Guwol, a perfect stay for concert-goers.
Hello everyone!
Following BTS and Jin took me to Goyang,
then all the way to Osaka...
and now, my latest adventure has brought me to Incheon!
While most people head to Incheon Munhak Stadium for baseball,
I went there for an epic concert!
Word on the street is that a certain hotel in Incheon (Hotel B***) went completely crazy over the concert crowd,
jacking up their room rates to a whopping ~$1,601!
Amidst all that madness, I managed to find a super budget-friendly hotel
with great facilities and amazing service. Let me share it with you!

The Glam Hotel, Incheon (Guwol)
📍 The Glam Hotel Incheon Guwol Branch
19, Seonsuchongwon-ro 23beon-gil, Namdong-gu, Incheon
Super accessible: just 10 minutes from Guwol Asiad Stadium
and Incheon Terminal,
and only about 30 minutes from Incheon International Airport!
✅ Check-in starts at 2:00 PM (Kiosk self-check-in available)
I absolutely loved the early check-in time compared to other places!
✅ Parking available

There is a cozy, charming lobby,
and the front desk is staffed 24/7
(though you can also check in using the self-service kiosk).

I was in the middle of using the kiosk
when a super friendly staff member rushed over to help me out!
The Glam Hotel Rates & Best Deal Link
Once the concert was officially announced,
the accommodation scene in Incheon went absolutely wild...
Bookings flooded in so fast
that overbooking led to random cancellations everywhere.
Some greedy hotels even canceled existing reservations
just to relist the rooms at inflated prices...
(Looking at you, Hotel B***)

I booked mine on October 2nd, pretty quickly after the announcement.
Because of the peak demand, I paid ~$77 per night.
(I heard it was originally in the ~$32 range before the hype... ^^;)
Currently, you can book standard weekdays in the ~$26 range!

Exploring the Standard Room at The Glam Hotel

Rooms are located on floors 2 to 8,
and the 9th floor features a rooftop lounge!
They offer several room types,
but since I booked late, my only option was the Standard Room.
But hey, at least it came with a comfy King-size bed!
I was assigned to the 8th floor.
Super happy to be on a higher floor, and the elevator was so clean and pleasant!

Room 811
Cue the classic Korean house reveal BGM: Ta-ra-ra-ra-ra~~~
Yes, I'm still doing this... a true young thirty-something habit!

A TV size worth envying!

Lovely sunshine spilling in...

And the view? A perfect overlook of Emart Traders...
Is Incheon truly the city of SSG?

Comfy bathrobes provided.

They have both a hair straightener and a hair dryer ready!
I was a bit worried we might run out of towels, so I asked for more,
and the staff brought them over immediately.

Along the long, hallway-style layout,
the toilet and shower area are completely separate.
It was super convenient when staying with a friend...
But since there's no sink inside the toilet stall itself, ^^;
you have to head over to the shower area to wash your hands anyway, haha!

They provide hand soap, body lotion,
shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
Since single-use amenities are restricted in Korea,
disposable items like toothbrushes must be purchased separately if you don't bring your own!
The Glam Hotel Room Service

They also run an on-site brunch cafe
which serves as the breakfast area in the morning,
and you can even order room service from it.
The prices were surprisingly reasonable!

Honestly, the bottled beer here might actually be cheaper than at a regular bar...

The Glam Hotel looks even more eye-catching at night!

Since it's located at the end of the road,
it's quiet and peaceful.
The exterior of the building is so clean and neat.
Most of all, it doesn't give off sketchy motel vibes at all—
it looks like a proper, clean hotel!
(haha)
A Hotel Stayed in by the President

Incheon's The Glam Hotel... wow!
I found out that the actual President of South Korea stayed here.
Stayed in Room 410 on May 20th...
With so many 5-star hotels in Songdo and nearby,
I was quite surprised by how modest this choice was.
I wonder if some passionate supporters request Room 410
just to soak up some of that "Presidential energy"?
It made me think of people who visit Kkanbu Chicken
and specifically ask to sit in the exact seats where top business leaders like Samsung's Jay Y. Lee, Hyundai's Euisun Chung, or NVIDIA's Jensen Huang sat.
I checked out with a smile on my face, thinking about that! haha

There's a laundry room right next to the lobby,
which would make this a fantastic choice for long-term stays.

There's also a microwave and a coffee vending machine available.

If you're looking for a great value-for-money hotel
near Incheon Terminal and Munhak Stadium—this is it!
