Located just a 3-minute drive (about 1 mile) from the famous Gongju Metasequoia Forest Path!
From afar, the warm beige tones of the exterior immediately wrap you in a cozy, welcoming hug.
Today, I’m excited to share my experience at Cafe Stay Interview Uidang!
Pure aesthetic vibes right from the entrance 😍
The exterior is beautifully maintained, and best of all, the private parking lot is incredibly spacious and hassle-free, making arrival super smooth.
Surrounded by a quiet and peaceful landscape,
this spot is the definition of true relaxation and healing :)
The moment you step inside, you can't help but gasp!
Sunlight pours through the massive floor-to-ceiling windows,
making the entire space feel incredibly bright, open, and warm ☺️
The cozy loft-style layout offers a variety of seating arrangements,
comfortably accommodating groups of 2 to 6 people.
With its calming wood and beige tones, the interior is both modern and serene.
The generous spacing between tables makes it an ideal spot for a quiet chat or catching up on some remote work!
The hosts were incredibly gentle and welcoming,
adding to the overall comforting vibe of the space 😌😌
Even the hallway leading out to the terrace is curated beautifully,
giving off a tropical, laid-back Jeju Island escape vibe 🌴
The absolute highlight of Stay Interview Uidang is its unique "water-gazing" (Mul-meong) terrace 💙
While the water feature was temporarily paused during my visit,
it’s the ultimate spot during warmer seasons to sit outside, space out by the water, and enjoy slow, peaceful afternoons.
Another delightful feature of this cafe is their extensive tea selection,
complete with a sniffing station! 🌿🍵
Being able to sample the aromas before ordering ensures you get the perfect cup tailored to your taste.
Highly recommended for tea lovers who want a break from coffee!
They also boast a fantastic variety of baked goods and desserts!
Takeout packaging is available if you want to grab some treats for the road.

The Strawberry Latte is packed with real, juicy strawberry chunks
swirled into creamy, smooth milk for a perfectly balanced sweetness 🍓🤍
It tastes like real fruit rather than artificial syrup,
making it a fantastic option for non-coffee drinkers!
The undisputed star of the menu is the Sweet Corn Einspänner!
Your first sip is velvety smooth, followed immediately by a rich, savory corn flavor.
The cream on top is wonderfully sweet and dense,
and the crunchy corn toppings add a delightful texture to every sip.
It’s a uniquely addictive flavor combination that you won't easily find elsewhere 💛
To top it off, the Pecan Brownie was absolutely incredible!
It has a wonderfully fudgy, chewy texture combined with crunchy pecans
and a deep, bittersweet chocolate profile that pairs beautifully with the drinks.
They come individually wrapped, making them excellent gifts to take home!
Even the restroom is beautifully designed and pristine—
definitely worthy of a quick mirror selfie! Haha. 📸

[Gongju Eats] Local Favorite Sotttugeong Spicy Fish Stew Review
It takes about 3 minutes by car from the Gongju Metasequoia Path. Additionally, there is a dedicated parking space that can accommodate over 30 cars, making it very convenient to visit by car.
The cafe is closed every Tuesday. On all other days, it opens at 11:00 AM, and the last order is at 7:00 PM.
The signature menu, Corn Einspanner, costs ~$4. It combines sweet, rich cream with a savory corn flavor and is finished with a crunchy topping for a unique texture.
We offer a variety of teas and provide a service where you can smell the tea leaves before ordering. You can experience the aroma first and then choose the tea that best suits your taste.
